Do NOT GO HERE. They never answers phones. Left numerous voicemails and they wont call back for a bill that should be credited. My wife saw them once and had a follow up but she was really sick and hospitalized (about to die). We called them and left a voicemail about her situation. They charged a $60 fee for cancellation and when our insurance didn't pay that ridiculous bill they are threatening to send it to collection, but they wont answer their phones to talk to us. Mind you they call themselves mental health experts but they play with your mental health. Furthermore, their staff at the office have the nastiest attitude. Do not let this office ruin your time find someone else.

Not sure who their receptionist but they need to hire someone else. I tried booking an appointment and she was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. She sounds like she hates her job and does not care about helping others. I’m sorry but when people call to get help with their mental health, it’s a scary process and really hard to do. Having someone be the representation of your practice who is rude, careless, and condescending does not bode well.

This was the most awful & uncaring experience I have ever had in all of my 60 years! Michael Solano, a so called nurse practitioner, did absolutely nothing except leave me crying uncontrollably! Upon being called from the waiting room I went in his office expecting him to at least introduce himself to me since it was my first visit but he never did! Most Doctors will at least introduce themselves or say “”hello” with a handshake, not this guy! I went in there to have my prescription of Xanax refilled & all I got was yelled at by Michael Solano for not taking Zoloft or Prozac along with it! I told him “i don’t even know what that is or what it does!”, he then proceeds to take the prescription & just tear it up right in two & says, “get out!” That was it! I left unbelievably upset & cried all the way home in more disbelief than I have ever experienced! I cried uncontrollably for hours! What kind of behavioral health medical professional does this & without any background knowledge of the patient whatsoever! I have been prescribed Xanax since 1989, I get 30 pills a month but don’t & have never taken them every day, only when needed! I have gone weeks at a time without needing to take one! They work fast & very well for me & always have but for this man to do nothing but reprimand me for not taking other medications along with it without even knowing anything about me or my mental health history is just beyond absurd! This man should be working in a prison instead of a mental health clinic! I have never felt so violated or abused in my whole life!! I am a 60 year old disabled woman & the way that I was treated by Michael Solano was plain & simple “ELDER ABUSE”, without a doubt! I will report him in every avenue there is available! This was the very worse experience imaginable without a doubt! When I got up to leave I picked up my paperwork with all my information on it & he forcibly grabbed it from my hands & broke one of my fingernails even! This man should be nowhere at all in the medical field!
I only hope that no one else goes there & has the same experience as I did! I will be returning to my Primary Care Physician to let him know all about this guy & this place that was by far the worse experience of my life!! Do not waste your time going there! I gave One star because the receptionist was very nice!

Customer service is terrible the lady that works at the front desk if fkn RUDE! Your dealing with mental health patients act accordingly! Cause someone will hurt your feelings back!
