If you are serious about growth and healing and tired of all the mediocre VA providers (if you can even get an appointment), then you should call Freedom Fighters Therapy. Today. ?

My husband is a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Army Combat Veteran. For the past 5 or so years, we have fought another war. Pretty much daily with the VA and the VA Community Care just trying to get him the bare minimum of care, treatment and respect he deserves. There are never enough therapists at the VA to even slightly handle the caseload. It's a revolving door with the ones they do have because no one wants to work for half of what they should be making somewhere else nor can they survive long on a VA payroll check in this economy. This leads to some bad attitudes from some therapists, others maybe it's just a noticable disinterest or annoyance at even being there, rushing to get through the appointments, and worst of all having to start back at the beginning every couple of months max, sometimes not that long. Telling the therapists all the little things, you know. By the time it's time to get into the issues or trauma, then you're moved to someone else and back at square one. There is no rapport built, no comfort zone reached, no progress toward better mental health and life skills. There is no way for this to ever work, and our Veterans (and their families!) deserve so much more. Not just our Veterans. Anyone brave enough to seek treatment should have a therapist that is all in and makes them feel comfortable, validated and important.

After finding Freedom Fighters Therapy, I can tell you with complete certainty that my jaded little black heart has faith in humanity again. There isn't a therapist here that doesn't go all in, so far above and beyond, and you aren't just a name on the schedule to bill and move on to the next one like an assembly line. The owner is Jeralyn Tharp, and her testimony about how God led to her starting the company and all that followed is absolutely amazing. In 6 years, she has opened 3 offices in 3 states and received VA contracts to treat in addition to seeing Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders and the general public as well. You can't tell me that's not God's guidance combined with a genuine and true love and respect for our Veterans, and for others in general. She didn't like what she was seeing; and instead of just going with the flow or saying it wasn't her problem, she became a solution.

If you are seeking mental health services for yourself or a loved one, please do not waste any more of your valuable time in the revolving door. It's time to start healing. Call Freedom Fighters Therapy TODAY. Absolute game changer, and this is from the wife of a Veteran that served in Afghanistan and Iraq.
