All in all, my experience at Freedom Fitness was great. From the essential equipment to the friendly atmosphere, and not forgetting Mr. Gary's helpful and approachable nature, this gym is a hidden gem for fitness enthusiasts. Freedom fitness has equipment that allows true development beyond adequate. This offering has created a demand which requires some thought for access. Oftentimes it is near capacity because machines become clogged prohibiting flow for routines with multiple muscle groups. Tech could help by noting usage in an app or on a website.
What I like, the energy is amazing. Everyone shares the space really well. Most are there to buddy up, lots of great chemistry. Plenty of competitive events to drive improvement. It feels like home in that the warriorhood is evident. Overall impressive situation.
Apparently fitness is paramount and the new space is going to open up for more utility. Modernity could be one of the latest advancements resolved.

Nice small well maintained gym with the basics. Some equipment is dated, but most is in good repair. One of my biggest complaints is with the spacing as bench spoting requires you to climb over equipment. Cardio equipment is also jammed together and pushed up against the windows. Another issue is the limited hours of operation and inaccessibility through key fob. While I would not pay for a membership to Freedom Fitness Center, I'm glad to have access to a free gym with good staff and equipment.

Great gym because it has a very convenient location within the installation. The equipment and machines are very sufficient in order to have a great workout. Also, staff are very nice and welcoming, the location is close from Starbucks, the Post office, and the library. It's very cool location to exercise.

Freedom Gym is the main gym for Fort Irwin and the National Training Center. There are several other gyms, some of them with swimming pools. There are multiple types of cardio systems in the cardio room and a large assortment of free weights in another room. Two Racquetball courts and a full basketball court with bleachers complete the fitness center. The locker rooms have Saunas inside them.

A great little gym with something for everyone! Nautilus machines, free weights, squat racks, deadlift pads, an abs room, cardio room, and basketball court. Very happy to have found Freedom Fitness Center during my stay at Fort Irwin!

I like how it has everything you may need to hit any and all muscle groups. I enjoy being able to have a locker to store small hygiene items. sometimes is a bit pack but the're 4 sections where you can work out so one of does areas will always have some space free
