I loved my counselor, shalyn.. however, I have encountered there very rude receptionist twice now. I just tried scheduling an appointment. She acted irritated by my schedule. Then when I tried confirming the appointment since it took a while to find a day that worked with my schedule. She rudely hung up on me. This is the second time I had to deal with this girl. Her attitude is unprofessional..

Was not happy with the services I founded here at FSU’s center for couples and family therapy. It felt like I wasn’t cared for and my problems went unaddressed whereas I had to ask for feedback specifically after 4 sessions of me talking all duration of these sessions with little to no help or guidance from a professional standpoint. Therapist only communicated her thoughts on what was the best plan of action after these sessions ended and she thought my case was being closed. I would not go back or spend money for this treatment since it did not seem to be very evident-based therapy or helpful.

I do not recommend this place! HIPPA doesn't exist in this place. NICK is a liar, and has done more harm than help. This place needs to be shut down. Very unprofessional
