I was a part of what you would consider their intervention today and case management today. Craig M. did an absolutely incredible work ensuring a client was safely able to receive the necessary inpatient treatment they needed. He was calm, collected and trauma-informed. He was an excellent communicator with John, and maintained a very safe environment which could have been a traumatic negative experience (inpatient mental health admission). His style and rapport with the client after I only believe 24 hours was incredible. Thank you Craig M. for helping your client and accompanying me while I processed the admission/transfer. He was very recovery informed and passionate about integrity in mental health care. Heard wonderful things about John. Highly recommend this business!
