Very unique experience. Dennis has such innovative ways of relieving muscle tension. I Always end each session feeling so much better and relief from muscle tension I just can’t resolve by myself. Highly recommended!!

Dennis has been a wonderful physical therapist and physical trainer. I had never encountered his method of reciprocal exercises. So many ways of training all the muscles, many of which you cannot get by working on gym machines. Dennis adapts to your abilities, gradually increasing the resistance and adding different exercises. I really notice the difference now and feel that I’m working out better than I did from doing circuits on the machines at the gym.

Dennis has made me a believer in his therapy sessions. I came in with tight Achilles that had knots on both legs above the ankle. This issue caused not only great pain to those areas but it also increased my frustration with limited mobility due to the area flaring up pain. Dennis used his red light treatment along with his vast knowledge in repairing areas to stimulate growth for repair. This treatment has been a game changer. In after a few short sessions my mobility improved and I am experimenting little to no pain throughout the day! I highly recommend Dennis’ treatment sessions along with the education he provides for long-term care.

Professional physical therapy by Dennis was literally the best most helpful treatment that I got in my entire life!

Dennis has been treating me and two of my family members for different medical conditions. In short eight sessions, Dennis restored the function to my right foot. Now I am pain-free; I have regained my ability to walk long distances and exercise.

For my elderly relative, Dennis has done the most amazing job of basically restoring his full function after sepsis and full scale viral pneumonia! I truly think of Dennis as a miracle-worker!

Dennis is a diamond in the rough! After my first therapy (focusing on my shoulder) I was pain free for the first time in 4 years. Each treatment I come to Dennis for gets me back in the game (so to speak) without missing a beat. I’m back to strength training, dancing, and mountain biking full force! I highly recommend Full Spectrum Therapies—it’s effective, non-invasive and focused on the individual and their lifestyle.

I have been working with Dennis as my fitness trainer for over a year. We have a session once a week involving:
-resistance exercises
-done in a functional manner (mimicking ordinary activities like lifting boxes)
-that also gets my heart rate up for the hour
-and stretching the muscles and tendons I use as well.

I am in my late 60s so do have issues with low back and neck pain, and shoulder rotator cuff problems. As he is a Physical Therapist, Dennis is good at figuring out the source body part and source activity. He has helped me with treatments for painful days and daily exercises focused on those structures to prevent future pain.

I referee 2-5 soccer games a week so I do need help avoiding injuries and Dennis has been the right professional to help me stay off the disabled list and keep up my health.
