I found the David and his staff to be very professional and they all made me feel comfortable and with only a few treatments David had me walking like before I got my problem and no pain. Gainesville PT and Wellness is the BEST! I am elderly and have been losing mobility at a rate that was accelerating when I asked my Dr for a referral to GPT and Wellness for muscle strengthening. Through the encouragement and expertise of my PT, Audrey, I've made great strides over the past 2 months and I am now looking forward to 6 months on the Wellness Program at GPT and Wellness where there is a real family like comraderie. I rarely rate anything as 5 stars, so this review may seem a bit lengthy. The summary is they are a pleasant, professional staff offering reasonably priced health and wellness programs in a relaxing environment.

The more fullsome comments are that I cannot say enough good things about Gainesville Physical Therapy & Wellness. I have found if you put in the time and effort, PT almost always improves your condition. I have completed a course of physical therapy several times in the past at various venues, but none have been more successful than at Gainesville PT & Wellness.

The front desk and office staff (Kim & Rachel) are efficient and pleasant. They work very hard on your behalf relative to ease of access, scheduling and payment.

The physical therapists and the interns/students are extraordinarily skilled. The therapists ( David, Audrey, Chris & others) have all demonstrated strong listening skills and the ability to craft a personalized program that addresses your presenting issue(s) and really helps drive you to recovery.

Gainesville PT & Wellness also offers an exceptional wellness program. It's flexible, innovative and surprisingly affordable. I joined in order to continue to build on the flexibility and strength I developed in my initial therapy sessions, with a view to continuing to improve and reduce future injuries. The exercise techs I have worked with (Kayla, Keith & McKayla) are supportive, encouraging and fun. They focus on ensuring that your exercise program is tailored to meet your goals while minimizing pain. One of the benefits of this welless program is the easy collaboration betwern the exercise techs and the medical team if questions arise.

Important to me, is that I almost ALWAYS feel better after my session versus when I arrived. I highly recommend Gainesville Physical Therapy & Wellness for your therapy and exercise needs.

I had an Amazing experience here! All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Ilya has extremely helped in improving my neck and back pain. He gave me the tools needed to continue strengthening my muscles beyond my sessions. I am thankful for my time with Gainesville Physical Therapy & Wellness! I’ll never stop coming here. These are some ways I’ve been helped…. At one time I had a painful shoulder (don’t remember which one), dizzy spells (not any more), poor posture (lots better), various aches and pains (physical therapists and exercise specialists always helpful). At my age (92), the balance exercises help so much; I’ve never had a fall. All this place every staff person becomes a friend.

My family and I have been going to Gainesville Physical Therapy since David had his business at northwest 14th Ave. He has seen us through the whitewater kayaking days, the Bicycle trick riding days, the soccer wars and joint replacement. He and his crew have pretty much worked on most of our bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments to wonderful success. The slang might be “they stuck us back together”. His staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and effective, conducting themselves in a flawless professional manner.
Without reservation I can recommend Gainesville Physical Therapy to anyone in need of this kind of attention.

I am so happy I discovered Gainesville Physical Therapy. Everyone there is especially nice and caring. Before I had a back fusion, I went to GPT and they (Audrey) helped strengthen my back for a stronger recovery. After surgery I returned for rehab. It has proven to be a God send for me and my recovery.. They have shown much caring on how to managing my healing process. I walk in and my therapist , Audrey, has my session planned, however she listens to my body and readjust when needed. This is huge to me. It is also important to me how consciousness they are in keeping equipment sanitized. Everyone there is helpful to patients and each other. It makes for a safe and pleasant atmosphere to heal. Due to an accident I have been to several other physical therapist over the years and this is the best as far as consistent care! . I recommend them to my friends in need of healing! I recommend them to all..

I would highly recommend Gainesville Physical Therapy and Wellness to anyone needing PT. They are highly trained professionals who honestly care about their patients. My journey with them started in July after shattering my ankle. Not only have they helped my physical health but my mental health as well. The encouragement they give and belief they have in you is a huge motivator. I look forward to my sessions as I get stronger each day.
