Staff needs retrained on what it means to be in the medical field....I was referred here after detox from alcohol. I missed an appointment and they rescheduled me 2 weeks out with a zoom meeting I was told I had to attend in Pueblo, eventhough I don't live there. They finally refilled my scripts after 2 weeks. Bottom line is there's no communication. Look elsewhere.

This business took $180 from me and expected me to wait 2 months to get the service i had paid for. They discharged me when i asked for a refund, stealing money from my family during the Christmas season. 5 stars to 5280 Human Care center. They had my affidavit signed THE DAY I PAID.

My therapist, Wendy Fidler, has helped me immensely. In just two visits, she helped me find a part of myself I lost long ago.
My trust issues are immense, and I am completely confident in her guidance for my mental health.

I would highly recommend Wendy to vets and anyone who has seen combat, as her gentle presence and kind nature has brought healing to me.

The ladies at the front desk are equally wonderful at their jobs, making my time there a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Gateway to Success for these priceless caregivers.

This place saved my life!! The peer support specialist “Mandi” is absolutely amazing! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and truly wants the best for them! And the medical side has been amazing also! They really want to see you successful in your recovery; and they help build you back up along the way ! Alejandro is very helpful with his Knowledge about addiction, mental Illness, family support, and trauma related subjects! I was at rock-bottom when I first found Gateway to success, and since then I’ve Managed to build my relationship back up with my family, hold a job, And really grow as a person! I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about their sobriety and to anyone that doesn’t want to feel judged or looked Down upon! If it wasn’t for the amazing staff I might not have had stuck with the program! I’m truly forever grateful!

The front reception with Sabina, Ashley, Gavin and Erica has transformed into a more professional environment from the leadership qualities that Casey has helped the front with. The 4 individuals are an excellent team and have grown enormously. Casey has also shown her growth and I believe she would make an excellent manager for the Administrative environment. There is not any upper management leadership support or supervisory support ever and no recognition that the front deserves.. in any clinic environment the front is the core for all clients/patients. Great job to all 5 of you… 5 star for the top NP Alejandro G/provider..he’s is reshaping the med psych in the way it needs to be and will because patient care comes first and foremost. On a down point the directors/supervisors/mgrs would receive a 1 as an overall rating very poor in both med psych clinic /and medical assistant areas..especially upper management The clinicians/ therapists would receive a 5.. I feel they have done an excellent job with the workloads they have..

Not enough people working upfront for the number of calls and paperwork they get. The online documents signing doesn't work 90 percent of the time. Most unorganized mental health place I've ever been to. They constantly have lost or failed to give me paperwork for my appointments than claim that I never did it. Anytime I called to do appointments or paperwork over the phone I get put on hold for 30 minutes. When I went to the office to do the paperwork they put people on hold just to joke around with co workers and be unprofessional. I spent 2 hours doing paperwork for them and now they can't find it. Doesn't matter how good the groups or therapy is cause I've spent a month trying to get signed up and the only time anything got done was when I drove an hour and a half from my home to do it myself in person. They need to hire more people for the office for this place to be worthwhile and helpful, until than, it's more like a cirus act than a mental health/rehabilitation center.

Took my 6 year old in for her first meeting. Waited 1 hour past our appt time to only be pulled into a tiny office with 2 ladies. One standing in a corner just watching to sign more documents only then to be taken back to the lobby to be told our therapy appt was on Zoom at the office when I explained when I called that my daughter has ADHD and needs in person. Absolutely do not recommend
