This is by far the most caring and helpful clinic I’ve experienced in my decade long battle dealing with depression. They were able to offer me a solution to the battle I have been fighting for a long time and am incredibly thankful for the threats and therapy that was provided to me.

The process of becoming a new patient is unnecessarily difficult. There is little to no communication from any staff and there is no way to speak directly to someone when contacting the office. I’m sure it’s a breeze when you become a patient but the amount holes to jump through to even get in the door is not ideal for any person who is needing psychiatric care. Maybe a doctors referral gets you in easier? This is not the office to seek when you feel you are beginning to slip into a dangerous mental state. This is not referring to severely unstable, but even someone who is being proactive in their mental care and needing additional medical help. The 7-10 days of silence is torture for anyone trying to do the right thing for themselves and family members. This review comes 17 days after sending insurance card images to begin the process. I received an email about an appointment 17 days later that had already been scheduled without my consent or even a call to see if the day and time worked. Office mistake or not, the texting and email experience has been unprofessional and passive.

I really appreciate finding a doctor that can present information without trying to impose a preferred solution. I feel cared about, listened to and respected as a person who can think through the risks and benefits of medical solutions and make a choice without being pushed into a particular direction. The whole process was smooth and timely. That too is important to me.
