If you experience sciatica or sciatic back pain, there is truly no better Physical Therapist in the state of Florida than Paula. Her beautiful home office is very inviting, comfortable, and zen. In addition to classic physical therapy, she also does stretching for a VERY AFFORDABLE price. Plus, she has a very cute Physical Therapy Assistant, Coco, who is also a certified therapy dog. Truly cannot recommend her more!

I’m so glad I found Paula! I saw
her recently for some piriformis pain that I have been experiencing and wow what a difference already! I am 78 and have seen many Physical Therapists including my son who is a doctor of PT “DPT”in NYC. He introduced me to Paula Blaker. She is absolutely one the best Physical Therapist I have ever met. Three years ago I suffered from a terrible fall & severed my quadriceps tendon from my kneecap. Today I am nearly 100% healed mostly due to Paula’s PT.

Currently, I am having difficulty & pain rotating my head. After just a few sessions I am substantially better.

Paula had been seeing me for stretching, core work, neuropathy, and balance issues for three months. She is amazing! My balance has improved significantly, my core strength and stability has improved, and my neuropathy symptoms are getting better day by day. She has a beautiful and comfortable home office and a friendly and welcoming energy. Her stretching is better and cheaper than Stretchzone and her sessions are fully involved one on one PT for the entire hour. I would recommend her for anyone needing physical therapy or stretching.

I recently had stem cell therapy for a torn meniscus that I’ve been dealing with for almost two years. During these two years I developed a lot of bad habits and muscle imbalances, so round two of physical therapy is my last chance to get stronger and be able to play sports again.

I am so grateful to have found her! She is not a typical PT who only works with the injured muscle; she wants to ensure the body flows in one unit, starting from your feet!
