I have to say that this experience honestly did more harm than good. She didn't provide me with the genuine help I was looking for. If I wanted what I got, I would've talked to a bookshelf, and better yet- saved 60 dollars! She was consistently late, anywhere from 10-15 minutes, time we couldn't make up, because there would always be a client behind me. And unfortunately, she wouldn't address the issues I wanted her to address. Wheather it be because she didn't know how to handle it or just didn't care, I have no idea. It had gotten to the point where I started to dread even having to go to her. The last chance was when I went to see her, and her receptionist came out and said I wasn't listed for my session. This would have been the first visit I started going every other week, and we had scheduled 2 appointments previously. Her receptionist explained she must have forgotten to put me on the calendar, and Gloria had a new couple coming in anyhow, which left the impression that she had removed me from the calendar for whoever it may be. Gloria called later, and took it as a win for herself; saying her lack of punctuality must have motivated me to take charge of my own issues.

If I could give zero Stars I would. First of all she did not help my 11 year old daughter at all. She admitted she could not figure out why she was having the problem she was having. So as a last resort she did some kind of weird therapy on her or she told her to hold a piece of food in her hand and she would try to push down her arm. If the food is bad for you it makes you weak so she would be able to push my daughters arm down. But if the food was healthy my daughter would be strong and she would not be able to push my daughters are down. What kind of psychobabble stuff is that anyway? Even my 11 year old daughter knew it was a bunch of baloney and she told her that. The therapist stood over my daughter and got in her face and yelled at her. We never went back. In my opinion this lady should not even have a license to practice.

After the 1st appointment with Gloria I could already see and feel a difference in myself. She has helped me get throw the worst and brought me out of that horrible feeling. I finally feel like I have my life back because of her. I definitely recommend her if your seeking help. Not sure about other reviews but she was always on time with me, never pushed products to buy, she focused on me. Just amazing.

This is a sad operation with a receptionist that can't work a computer or make appointments who is coupled with a hippie therapist who can't be on time. Every session started at least 10 minutes late but was always ended on time. She pushes her side business of vitamins and supplements instead of listening and helping. She is a complete fraud and I will admit, half of the time didn't appear to be fit for duty, if you catch my meaning. We gave her an honest go of roughly 4 months and things never improved. Save yourself the frustration and buy a houseplant to talk to... costs less and you get the same feedback/suggestions.

Amazing therapist... I was devastated by my sudden onset of anxiety which manifested in an incredible fear of bridges. After 2 sessions I could tell a huge difference in my reactions. I recommend Dr Payne to everyone. My husband had separate experience with her and replaced one of his flashbacks from Afghanistan with a white light and we are so grateful. Thank you

We have not experienced any issues with appointments, lateness, or communication difficulties. Our daughter was able to feel comfortable with Dr. Payne and communicate with her to learn and grow. Not every doctor fits every patient. This goes for any type of doctor, primary care, therapist, or dentist.
