I am not sure what this office is, but a counseling Is not it. When I got there the door was locked and I was 5 minutes early for my service. Not sure why the explanation behind that was, but I let it go. When I was let into the office, after having to call Dr. Jean to tell him to let me in, the office recked of mold and mildew. The chairs were disgusting and the couch looked like it come off the street. It was not a very welcoming and inviting environment and thinking about he fact that I had to spend an hour in this smell was ridiculous. After getting paperwork, that did not seem legit, Dr. Jean said he needed to call the insurance company to confirm I would be covered. He did come out to the waiting room to check on me every few minutes as it was a long process, however the walls we paper thin so I could hear everything he was saying to whom ever was on the phone. By his words it’s was the insurance company. Nevertheless, the conversation was extremely odd and it seemed like he had zero idea of what he was doing. As I say there I decided to look I up the reviews as my gut was telling me to leave. All of the reviews seems extremely sketchy as they were all five stars and worded oddly as if he wrote them. And the very first review is HIM reviewing himself. But the two one star reviews really caught my eye and the responses from the business were extremely questionable. This business does not seem legitimate and probably illegal. I do not recommend.

Dr. Jean was great! My fiancé and I received premarital counseling from him and we both found it to be super helpful. He is super nice and makes you feel comfortable - if you’re looking for a good counselor, I would definitely recommend this practice!
