Not friendly or helpful. 2 senior citizens ,one with a cast on wrist loaded and unloaded an airconditoner by themselves....the person setting prices needs thier heads examined..
I can go to roses or walmart and by most things new for the sam amount if i wait till it's on-sale...I thought Goodwill was a place to find lots of stuff cheap...go home with a pile pf things and a big smile.

The only thing negative is you can not try clothes on. They do, however, have a 14 days return policy.

I have been shopping whenever I am in the area for years. We went there today, I was very disappointed. It has usually had reasonable prices for a place that gets its items free, but not today. Ex. Suave lotion bottle for $7.99. Fragrance mist that has been discontinued and used for $7.99. I saw some other things that were overpriced. You would be able to get it at the actual store cheaper. I was so despondent that I put the few items that I had placed in the basket back and left. I heard over people mentioning the higher prices. We went and spent our money at other thrift stores in the area.

Very disappointed. The prices just keep rising. I don't know who does their pricing but they need a reality check! At this point I might as well go to Gabe's or Ross and buy new things for the same price. Closing the fitting rooms is another ridiculous move. I asked why they did that and they said people leave a mess in the fitting rooms and steal clothes. I've seen a messy fitting room before. Just clothing left on the bench. How hard is it to pick them up and put them back on the racks? About the stealing... I understand the concern, but your clothes are used and donated! You didn't loose much by someone taking something. They probably couldn't afford the rising pricing yall are always imposing. I now have to waste time to buy some clothes, try them on at home, and come back for a return because most clothes that I like I end up putting them back, now I have too make an extra drive to return. And the return policy is a joke. 2 weeks and even then, it's jus a store credit.. Someone is making bank with all these donations and rising prices and the people struggling and who were dependent on getting affordable items at goodwill are getting screwed.

I’m so disappointed that they no longer allow you to try on clothes. These are used and often misshapen clothing which need to be tried on! The return policy is for store credit only which defeats the whole point of returning for me. The prices have gone up a ton as well, again Goodwill is full of very USED clothing at prices that often compare with new Gabes or Ross items. Disappointed and won’t be shopping here anymore. I could get over the higher prices if I could only try things on, come on Goodwill, you could do better.

Just brought two board games there and they were missing tons of key pieces. They seal the boxes with tape so I thought I would respect the seal and not open it up and check but serves me right. At least label sealed games incomplete.

I like to come once every couple of months look through the books and the home goods often find various styles of picture frames for great prices. I have also purchased many books for my collection here.
