I definitely would not suggest this place if you don't have a lot of money. I called to get help because someone told me that this is such a great place and they said I had to give them $50 up front as a deposit to even be seen even if my co-pay is only $5 and then they suggested they wanted to keep the $50 and just use it for my copays but I don't have a lot of money and I don't have $50 to just hand over even though my copay is only $5 I have never ever out of all the doctors I've been to had anyone ask me for more than my copay upfront. This is supposed to be a "Christian" based psychiatrist office and instead of helping they're more concerned with money and that's pretty sad. This right here is why I have so many issues with religious organizations. I try to get closer to God with places like this and get help and then you get those kinds of response or everything is just about money and never sure we can help you. That's just breaks my heart and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through terrible feelings that I just went through when I called there.

I can not say enough good things about Grace House Counseling. The front staff is amazing. They make you feel at ease when you walk in the door. They always get back to me quickly if I have questions and are a great representation of Grace House.

If you are lucky to see Katie Westfall you will love her. She has been an absolute blessing to our family. We feel so lucky to have found her.

Our son has many complex issues and communication isn't his strong suit. He loves going to his appts and opened up to her immediately. In the short time that we have been seeing her I have learned so much and see my son making great progress. I am so thankful that she involves the family and is invested in us as a whole, not just my son. I felt like I was drowning the first day I walked in and now I feel that I can breathe easier knowing she is on our team.

Her office is very warm and inviting. It feels like a warm hug when you walk in. She is kind, compassionate and easy to open up to. Her demeanor makes you feel like you are talking to your best friend. I teared up when I wrote this because she was just what our family needed in our time of crisis and for that I will always be grateful.

MARGARET ROSE GLENN-She was 20 minutes late to our Telecall-when she got one I said "oh I thought we had an 11:30 appt" said she thought it was face to face and at that point she said " I usually run late so if that is going to be an issue this may not work out" Gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked if she could just tell me a little about herself. She replied " well I would assume you read something about me online and that is why you chose me, is that right"? At that point I let her know this was not going to work out with this attitude already, said good bye and dropped the line. I sent her an email with all of what I just said here on the review and let her know that I thought she was very unprofessional and rude and that patients call "her" for help, support and compassion NOT ATTITUDE. I do not usually leave reviews, but I really needed to share in case you decide to go there. Good Luck

I've been going to Grace House for two years and have had a great experience with the staff and counselors. I've personally met with three of the counselors who have each treated me honestly, considerately, and compassionately.

Dr. white was very attentive and caring. she was very passionate on finding the right treatment plan for me. i look forward to working with her, i'm confident i will be feeling better in no time.

Do not see bill hicks he is very rude. I saw him and all he did was judge me and tell me im the problem. He didnt even introduce himself. He told me im not a man because i dont have a job. Im not quite sure where he got that from seeing that i work 60 hours a week. Hmmm...... But what really set me off was when he made an inappropriate remark about my wife saying " Your wife belongs in the kitchen". You had know right to speak about my wife that way. I dont see how this man has clients. I was there for less than 15 minutes before i walked out the door. Ive contacted the manager. I went there looking for help but instead i was treated like trash.

They literally saved my life l would recommend them to anyone and advice anyone not to wate until they are at a very real risk to themselves to get help and they are the place to get it 5 stars isn't enough but it is the best I can do
