For a place that should be there to support and help people seeking help for mental health you guys are the worse. Called several months ago to make an appointment. Was asked to fill out a form first. Filled it out, several months later never heard back from anyone. Called in to see if u can get in and she told me that she needs to call me back. Never did. So I called her again, which is the “office manager” told her the reason why people go there is for mental health and you don’t even give the decency to call those people back. She mentioned that she’s the only office manager there and is extremely busy. Got ya. You don’t have time for a patient reaching out for help. Do NOT go here. If they don’t care about you beforehand then they can care less while you’re there. This will be reported to the Garrison Commander of Keesler. Go somewhere else where they actually show you they care.

Therapist, especially Mrs. Cuevas, have gone above & beyond that would be normal services. A family member has seen her well more than one member and how refreshing someone that's themselves. Not someone who says, "do what I say, cause I have a Masters. Sometimes just a objective view is all we need, right! Only thing that might bother a few people is the fact she is booked 3 weeks out, and has someone in chair every hr on hr 9am to 7pm, so sometimes they might be slow to call back, but unlike some folks I think that shows how good they are if they are that busy and booked up. It's an issue of time in day, not I do not care!!! Cause really they have Hearts of the Gods and have always seemed professional. Personally I've heard about the principal owner had some personal issue that got out into public but really yall, most people with Careers and/or white collar jobs look at there job as life and everything is can wait. I've done it before myself it didn't effect my job every. It was my escape. So I'm cutting them slack like everyone should and just respect the professional care they give. They have help my family and saved a few of them. God Bless yall ladies

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! This company has terrible follow through. I completed all of the paperwork and contacted them as requested. They answered my call only to advise me that they would call me back. This happened twice! Now they will not answer my calls. What a terrible initial experience!

Absolutely amazing therapist and human being. Kind caring and always there for her clients. Treats everyone of her clients as family. Always recommend her. Wish I could give 10 stars.
