The office and billing staff are completely inadequate at their jobs! Couldn’t tell me the copay for my child’s visit as well as gave me false information regarding my insurance! Regardless to say my child will NOT be going here!!!

I have been to many Therapist for my son. Most of the time I feel like he is not getting the care that is needed. Well finally I have found a place that makes me feel secure that he is getting the services needed! Great Strides is professional, diligent, compassionate, and fight for your child’s needs. For almost 5 years my son has only been able to do limited sign language and no other ways of communication. Audrey got him immediately set up with a device that can be his voice! They go above and beyond for your child! Your child will be in great hands here! I highly recommend!

My son utilizes Great Strides for ST, OT and PT and we love them! They are great at communication and informing parents of tips that can be continued at home. Anytime I have a question they are quick to respond. I also love how they make suggestions with his best interest in mind to help facilitate progress based on his abilities.

Don't go here if you don't want your kid taken away from you. So sad we thought this was a great place. Unfortunately Susan judge me and our circumstance before talking to our meditation and realizing the child has behavior issues and our pediatrician was trying to get us into ABA therapy to help with the behavior issues. Dont go there if you don't want DCF called. Sad but our pediatrician had to stop DCF from haunting us because he understood the circumstances. AVOID THIS PLACE find someone to go that's safer. So sad for pain and suffering they caused not only us but our child loved this place.
