This place definitely could use some repairs and deep cleaning mold in the shower very low water pressure cum stains on the couch kitchen cabinets probably never been cleaned. On the bright side has a full size refrigerator and stove but no dishes lol and no bugs

We stayed here for a weekend and it was decent for the price. The gentleman who was working did phone us quite a bit.. Id say at least 4 times in a matter of less than 48 hours.. twice to confirm, once to check how we were doing, and again but I never called back. That part was a bit too much. The place itself seems like it once was a stunning little motel, but now it is a bit run down. The rooms are decently sized with full size refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, and utensils to use. The downfalls we experienced were the appearance was a bit of a eyesore, the grass was overgrown, the paint in the rooms was peeling, the shower had very low water pressure, the floor in the bedroom was very sticky, the kitchen table had streaks all across it, and the air conditioner seemed to kick on and off very frequently. Lastly, there were random books throughout the place. One next to the bed and a couple in the living room. It is a nice gesture to provide reading material, however, having books next to the bed made us feel as if we were in someone else's room or that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The location was ideal for us, which is why we picked the place. Overall, we will probably look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Our room was infested with fleas. We tried to check out a day early due to the infestation, but the office refused to refund the night stay. So we were forced to stay another night and suffer.

We stayed in the little cabin in the back and it was lovely! Big bed, full kitchen if you want to cook, and right next to the pool! Things were clean and check in/out was easy. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the front rooms and the property itself definitely is a little run down and needs some love. But we would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our weekend a lot!

We stayed here May 2024 because the reviews were nice and the pics were decent but when we got there, the first thing we noticed was it was run down. When we got inside our “efficiency” we opened the cabinets to see what was in there to use and a cockroach was inside where the coffee cups were. My husband was mortified but I gave the place the benefit of the doubt. We went shopping, and I had to tie the grocery bags up with our food in them bc I was scared the roaches would be all over them. He went to sleep and I stayed up a little late sitting outside and when I came back in there were quite a few cockroaches on the stove. I did sleep ok-considering I’m really terrified of cockroaches but I definitely couldn’t stay the rest of the 2 days we still had a booking for. We didn’t get compensated for the days we didn’t stay either. Seems like the guy running the place is trying his best to do things to try to upgrade or keep up with maintenance but it wasn’t for us. The guy didn’t believe us about the cockroaches but I just couldn’t stay there with my stuff tied with bags. Also the walls and doors looked like there had been water damage and there was a moldy smell. Not the way I would have planned a much needed vacation to relax but had to find another place to stay.

We stayed just overnight at this motel during a road trip and we arrived late and left a bit early, so we didn’t meet the staff. I spoke on the phone with someone, though, and they were truly nice and accommodating. 5 stars for the guest services. The motel is a bit outdated, as the other reviews say, but it was clean and large, and the bed was super comfortable and the shower was good. If I didn’t have my next night booked I would have stayed an extra night here. Recommended.

Clean and cute inside. It was decent for the location/ price. Back of hotel has what could be a truly serene area it just needs cleaned up and cared for a little better. Lot's of tree's and other foliage. The outside front needs some tender loving care.
The pool was very nice it is in the back and is surrounded by the trees. The Manager was nice. We stayed for nights. We were not offered any housekeeping or any other attention, we didn't ask for any either. We were satisfied with our stay overall. The little restaurant next to it( Coffee and Friends) ( I think that's the name) was very good.
We would stay here again.

We stay at this quiet motel Dec 24-28th. It was exactly what we needed. Affordable, clean, close to family and the beach. We enjoyed the kitchenette which allowed us to prepare meals instead of eating out every meal. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, than you won't enjoy your stay here, but if affordable, clean, close to the beach is important to you, then this a great hidden treasure.
