My wife called here to follow up on a referral for speech for our son. First of all, the receptionist who picked up the phone is very unprofessional and sarcastic. She should be reprimanded. When talking to my wife, we asked about the turn around date since we have been waiting for weeks. She stated that I’m going to continue to wait even longer due to the amount of patients ahead of him and that the time frame to be seen might be 4 months or longer. When asked why they never reached out to me and let me know about the waiting list she stated that she didn’t have to let no one know about a waiting list and that my pediatrician should of told me (like if the pediatrician has access to the schedule). I wasn’t even able to give this place a chance. With someone like her working there who would.

A mi hijo de 2 años le encanta venir aquí y tomar sus terapias. Me siento tranquila dejándolo aquí porque él se va súper feliz con sus terapista y eso como mamá me da seguridad. Las terapista son muy amables con él y las recepcionistas también. Lo recomiendo al 100%
