As a family member of someone suffering from the disease of addiction it is incredibly stressful to be a source of support for them when they ask for help. Searching for where to send them is both intimidating and frightening. We are beyond grateful that our choices led us to a connection with Guardian Recovery's network of facilities. From detox, thru residential , PHP, IOP, and in additional case management services, our family member has been treated with kindness, respect and compassion. And our family has been supported in the very same way through all of the decision-making and navigating next steps. I am not saying GR is perfect, but when we have run into road bumps along the way, we have worked with the staff to manage and resolve any issues. We have repeatedly experienced that the employees at Guardian Recovery bring their hearts to work with them and give their very best to their efforts. We see the miracle of a life saved by the combined efforts of so many people who are dedicated in their profession. It required a high level of openness on the part of our loved one, but when he was finally ready to follow the guidance of someone other than himself, GR met the need and helped him find his way.

The detox at Pine Tree was first rate: I was spoiled and could only wonder how many more people could be served if they weren't spending so much...
My insurance wasn't premium so they kicked me out the door with next to no options after 7 days, despite saying on the phone (from Florida) that the Maine facility could offer longer term rehabilitation. They are now spamming me with automated surveys like my recovery is a resort experience or something: rather than a deeply personal life or death necessity.
All that said, the staff at Pine Tree seemed to truly care, and I really appreciated those at this location that advocated for my health, and showed how things could be through action and kindness.
Hint: it doesn't involve the offer of $10 gift cards....

Scott Retan was a huge help and a savior for my son. Scott guided my son through some very rough times, and he went well above and beyond. Scott was very accessible and provided much-needed and -appreciated feedback. I had very positive experiences with Guardian Recovery, and the staff and management there.

Immersion/Guardian Network has been invaluable to me. They take a holistic approach but everything is centered around AA literature, particularly the Big Book and the 12&12. The staff is kind, supportive, generous of their time and most importantly, very knowledgeable in the Steps. They hold you accountable and challenge you but all with the goal of getter you to commit to a lifetime of recovery one day at a time. I strongly recommend them for yourself and/or your family member, friend or colleague.

Caring and informative people, top to bottom. Put me solidly on my path to a better life. I cannot say enough about Christie Swart, my primary therapist. Professional, kind, engaged throughout the process. Took the time to get to understand my particular circumstances and tailored an appropriate approach. A true gem of a professional.

I've struggled my entire life, not with substances, but with being Chris. Thru my treatment at the Plymouth House in New Hampshire, I was reintroduced to some ideas, concepts and practices that I have implemented in my daily life. I could write a book on my experience in New Hampshire, but I'll stick to the fine points. Caring people, excellent facilities and a program for living that works. I realized in my time there that drugs were my solution to being Chris, not so much the issue I was dealing with, a symptom if you will. I was desperate enough to listen and ask for help. The people there bent over backwards to get me in. I had pulled my families financial structure down upon my head. Being a commercial fisherman, I have no insurance. Thru grants and lots of love in the former of work, these folks got me in and got me back on my feet. I hold the Plymouth House near and dear to my heart. My life completely did a 180 after applying what I learned there and in a short time. Alas, it's not the place itself, wood, steel and brick, nor the beautiful campus and excellent meals, but the loves that reverberates throughout the facility. People who care....and that, my friends, is who I've turned into as well. Thanks to the Plymouth House and Guardian network, my children have a father, my wife has a husband, my mother has her son back, my sisters their brother.....on and on...but the biggest gift is I have myself, not back, but better and stronger. Thank God for these people. Over and Out.

Even though I didnโt succeed after guardian recovery, I can promise itโs a quality treatment experience with a company thatโs in it for the right reasons. Itโs not what they do that makes them great, but why they do it. Quality treatment is essential for ensuring that individuals receive the best care possible for their specific needs. It involves providing personalized care, effective interventions, and a supportive environment that promotes healing and well-being. Quality treatment also encompasses the use of evidence-based practices, continuous monitoring of progress, and collaboration between healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
In addition to quality treatment, it is important to consider the overall patient experience. This includes factors such as communication with healthcare providers, access to information, comfort, and support throughout the treatment process. A positive patient experience can greatly impact the effectiveness of treatment and contribute to better outcomes.
Overall, quality treatment in addition to a positive patient experience is essential for delivering comprehensive care that addresses not only the physical needs of individuals but also their emotional and psychological well-being. By prioritizing both quality treatment and a positive patient experience, healthcare providers can help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.
