I come here for Therapy and Psych appointments and have always felt respected and heard. The staff is great, and the texts reminding of scheduled appointments are helpful. Nicola is awesome, and Dawn Curtis (Nurse Practitioner) has been super helpful.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I highly recommend Tiffany to family, friends, and just in general anyone who is thinking about starting therapy. She is absolutely fantastic and has helped me overcome so much anxiety and personal issues that I had. She really takes the time to talk to you and every time I come out of a meeting w her I feel better and better. So thankful to her and for her.

I am truly satisfied with Tiffany. She is helping my husband a post 9-11 veteran with severe PTSD through his rough times. Her guidance, support and professionalism is remarkable. I also seek her help and I definitely recommend Tiffany to however needs it. She is passionate with her work and it's rare to see counselor that take time out of their lives to help those in need.

Wasn’t sure what, if anything would be covered under my insurance. I paid her immediately out of pocket before each appointment with the understanding that she would submit claims to my insurance company just to see if they would cover at least a portion of the bills. 2 months & a lot of excuses later I asked for a write up of the bills and/or proof of claims...radio silence. She never attempted to submit the claims like she kept saying she would, but was more than happy to keep charging my credit card. Disappointing, dishonest & unprofessional to say the very least.

My daughter had a new patient appointment earlier this month and the office called me the day of her appointment stating they made a mistake and she could not be seen as there was no provider in the office. She was rescheduled. Now the office just called today stating the doctor she has her appt with is no longer going to be in the office next week as he decided he is taking that week off for vacation. Mind you this is after I adjusted my work schedule and planned ahead. This is the 2nd time they have called to cancel my appointment. This office seems poorly run and they clearly do not care about their patients. I am extremely disappointed as my daughter is suffering. I will be going somewhere else.

I’ve had my fair share of annoyances with this office the last 3 years since i started coming here, and everything was honestly fine with the first nurse practitioner i had but it seems now over the last year they just don’t care about patients anymore. Jen in the front is always hit or miss with her attitude. Today i called for the 6th time to have a prescription filled, finally reached Jen who i explained what was going on to only for her to explain poorly what i needed to do, so i tried to explain myself better that I didn’t have any refills on this medication and that’s why i needed to call my psych every month, for her to very rudely say “well it’s a controlled substance you’ll never have any refills on that” Well that’s beside the point Jen but if that’s the case why do i have 3 refills for another controlled substance i take? Maybe actually know what you’re talking about first before you get rude with a patient over medication they need and are out of because no one in the office can 1: explain things right and 2: actually answer the medical assistant line or at the very least get back to those who leave voicemails. She finally explained correctly what i needed to do. Not the first time she’s gotten an attitude with me over nothing and i’ve heard her get an attitude with patients in office too while waiting. Save yourself the unnecessary rudeness and find a place that better knows how to talk and deal with mental health patients, this was the push i needed to finally find a new office.

I would rate the overall experience more than positive. Scheduling was simple. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Jennifer Holman, APRN spent a full hour asking questions conversationally and was completely engaged for the duration of the appointment.
