I'm very impressed with Dr. Rachel Peck. I first met with her when I was around 36 weeks pregnant and she was able to give great advice on laboring positions and light exercises to work on between giving birth and our first post-natal appointment. Our post-natal sessions were great, she helped with healthy healing, rebuilding my core, and eventually getting back to running, while addressing issues that cropped up along the way. She is skilled and easily adapts therapy sessions, and is a fun and motivating presence. GWP is lucky to have her, I highly recommend!

I cannot express in words the wonderful impact GWP has had on my life! Megan has gotten me back to a life free from pain and able to exercise with joy! Megan Vincent is a life saver! I have been having upper trap and shoulder pain for YEARS I was finally convinced that I should try the soft wave therapy, and it was amazing. Instantly felt improvement. Of course, Megan went above and beyond prescribing exercises to continue strengthening the joint which have continued to improve my pain and mobility long term too!

I was referred GWP for my very painful carpel tunnel and met with Meghan Vincent for the SoftWave therapy. After sessions one, my pain was 30% gone. After the full program of 10 sessions, I had and still have no pain. Megan was so professional, personable, and fun to work with that I would do it again if I had more pain.
