This is a wonderful place to go for physical therapy. I have had back pain for years. Scott, who did the evaluation, was able to determine what has been causing the pain. They made a plan specific for my back issue and after only two weeks, my back feels much better. Megan and Luz are wonderful therapists. Amanda is very professional and gets the paperwork done right away. I highly recommend H2 Health in Fleming Island.

Megan was an awesome physical therapist. She was fun to work with and made the work out seem like play time! Never made you do more than you could handle. This is my second round with her and she’s done amazing with me.
