I highly recommend H2 for physical therapy. I have a ruptured disc and have been going to the St Johns location since my injury. When I first started I could barely walk. They were able to help me strengthen my core and get me moving again. I still have to have surgery but I’m in much better physical shape and condition. All of the therapist I worked with were very supportive and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Matt for all you did to help me, mentally and physically.

My son broke his arm and need an occupational therapist to help him recover so he could play soccer 100% again. We decided to try H2 Health in St Johns. It was a great decision to go there for OT. Isabel, his therapist, was terrific in getting him back to where he needed to be. She was great to deal with and there was never an issue at all. We are very happy with our decision to go to H2 Health.

Easy to get an appointment. No cancellations on me. Appointments always started on time. Also I loved the music choice that played over the speakers! Isabella was fantastic. I looked forward to seeing her, had nice talks. She great at what she does, she pays attention to me and my needs and safety no matter if I was at her table or away from her on a machine. She was encouraging and gentle. Even though I drove further to get here than other places, I’d do it again if I needed to. Only advise is to get better, stronger chairs and some with arms. Some injuries require a safe, supportive chair and allows a person the use their arms to stand up. Other than that (which I feel confident will be addressed) I highly recommend H2 Health for OT and PT. Ps, no matter who was at front desk, they were cheerful and kind. And COMPETENT! We all know that first impression when walking through the doors, matters. I had to bring my 11 year old son with me once and he enjoyed his time there too. 😁. Staff was kind to him and enjoyed his company. Thank you for that Isabelle and the rest of you.

Matt, Dominic, OT, Jaz and a) the crew at H2 health are professional and helpful. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable on the current devices, procedures and information on PT and OT. Very thankful I found such a great group to work with surgery recovery.

My wife Damaris Garcia received outstanding service at this location. During the 7 weeks of professional therapy treatment the therapists were attentive, courteous, and patient in applying successful applications which resulted in a quick recovery. For these reasons, they are receiving a 5 star rating.

I unexpectedly incurred a leg injury one month after my wife's recovery and opted for reasons noted above to receive treatment at this facility. As expected, the treatments were outstanding.
Special acknowledgement is to be given to Dominic and his intern therapist whose utmost care and due diligence were
exemplary. The exercises and treatments relieved my pain in record time. Equally important was the care and attention I received from the receptionist at this location. Without hesitation, I want to confirm a 5 plus rating for this organization.
