Trust me if I could go lower I would , Jada a fake nurse is the absolute worst in any industry she shouldn't be allowed to separate garbage at a landfill, DONT judge a book by its cover this place may be "clean" when you walk in BUT please don't bring your pet skunk here . The administration WILL NOT communicate and don't plan on visiting your loved one they avoid you like the plague because they don't want accountability, the ONLY positive thing about this "facility" is the dietary / Food besides sometimes being cold it was good food for my loved one. Press a call light and go to the movies you have time before someone comes to help, I witnessed several times residents that had fallen and been left on the ground for minutes, this place is a NIGHTMARE and PT is useless they do NOTHING , I was promised a Walker to help my loved one and in 6 weeks never saw one to help them walk. Please save your loved one If you love them in anyway KEEP AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS DANGEROUS ABUSIVE / NEGLECTFUL PLACE, if you don't care about your loved one PERFECT they won't be around much longer once there !!!! Pics show at 11:55 AM and had pressed nurses light 45 minutes before , it was a GHOST TOWN no one anywhere , WHY If I could give a Minus 10 That would be to much

You can only trust and pray that you are leaving your love one in good hands. I overlooked a couple of things like the condition and the smell because I didn’t notice it every time that I was there. But when you don’t give the PT that you were supposed to do and when the patient has to wait over an hour to use the bathroom, that’s a problem. I have walked past the nurses station and heard the buzzer going off and the nurse had her phone in front of the computer monitor on TikTok. Then I went to get my loved one out because they had enough (the food was horrible and people don’t want to come to help) and it took hours for them to be released even though they didn’t want to do it. They said that they were contacting home health care so that they can come to rhe home but they didn’t. After waiting for home health to contact us we contacted them just to be told that they had no idea that the patient was home and ready for them. This facility really needs help.

I was satisfied with the facility. The staff was polite but no one ask the family is it anything I can do for you. It was dinner time for the patients so I can excuse that one. I’m retired 40 years as a hospital staff.

My father's girlfriend requested to be taken to the hospital because of severe abdominal pain and was denied. My 82 year old father went in at 9 at night and asked to have her taken to the hospital and was denied. He had to call 911 himself. His girlfriend had a perforated bowl, required emergency surgery and passed away two days later. This treatment is inhumane. NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY. Do not allow your family member to be taken there.

I visited Haines City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for the first time today. My husband and I were there to visit with our good friend who is a patient there. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My only suggestion is that they would have some chairs for visitors in the room.

First impression was that of the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Your facility was spotless. Residents appeared to be well cared for. All were calm and appeared comfortable. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to others. Keep up the good works.

My grandmother was transfer from hospital to this place. Communication is NONE and when you call they pick up and immediately hang up on you. When you keep calling then they ignored the phone call. Communications with family members about patients health and treatments is poorly and or none. They shower or bath patients only two days out of seven which is very UNACCEPTABLE for the price they charge. My grandma was transfer there for PT and OT and the least thing she receive is her Physical and ocupacional therapy. This place is jut about money not about the well being Of our elderly. I called 3 days in a row to get with the Social Worker and she responded to me 4 days after. I’LL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I gave 1 star because doesn’t have the option to gave NONE
