We’ve been using Hallandale Academy for years. Our oldest turns 6 this year, but she went to Hallandale academy for about 2-3 years. We love them, and the way they loved, cared, and taught our child everything she needed to know to prepare for Pre-K. My oldest gets so excited, and still to this day, talks about her teachers she had. My youngest, is 1 and currently attends Hallandale academy as well. My child is happy to go every single morning, they greet my child and I with a BIG smile on their faces every morning. They make my child feel very welcomed and loved. The bond she has already built between her teachers, is unexplainable. If we have more children, we will always choose Hallandale Academy! The team they have put together here, is extraordinary, they always go above and beyond for our children!

Hallandale Academy is a wonderful daycare and preschool. My daughter loved all her teachers and the staff and they always made her feel safe and loved. Very clean, and they do lots of activities with the kids. I appreciate all of the teachers and staff and I thank them for being so kind and sweet with my daughter.

I HAD MY DAUGHTER THERE FOR NEARLY 3.5 YEARS OF HER LIFE AND SHE EVEN HAVE A COUSIN WHO WENT THERE AROUND THE SAME DURATION . THE RECEPTIONIST MS LILI IS VERY RUDE SOMETIMES. SHES NOT UNDERSTANDING AND WHEN IT COMES TO BEING 30 SECONDS LATE SHE SCREAMS 1 DOLLAR LATE FEE . SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD DEVELOPMENT OR CONSDIER PARENTS SITUATIONS OF BEING LATE BUT COLLECTING MONEY . THE OLDER LADY IN THE MORNING WHO WEARS GLASSES AND STANDS NEXT TO THE DOOR IS ALSO RUDE . SHE DOESNT SAYS GOODMORNING OR GREETS YOU , SHE ROLLS HER EYES AT YOUR KIDS AS IF ITS ANNOYING THAT YOU BRINGING THEM THERE . I NOTICE SHE DOES THAT TO CERTAIN KIDS ONLY. ONLY A HANDFUL OF TEACHERS THERE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR CHILD AND IS VERY SWEET( MS RACHEL). . THANK GOD MY DAUGHTER GOES TO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT MY CHILD AND I DONT MIND PAYING THEM A WEEKLY FEE WHERE SHE IS LEARNING AND NOT IN FRONT OF A TV ALL DAY.

Unacceptable Treatment of Children

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my child has received at this facility. When my child cries, they are locked in the restroom, and access to video surveillance cameras is denied. This lack of transparency and disregard for the emotional well-being of the children is unacceptable. Other parents have also reported similar incidents. I strongly urge the management to address these concerns promptly and ensure a safe and compassionate environment for all children.

Please consider sharing your concerns with the appropriate authorities or seeking alternative childcare arrangements. No child should be subjected to such treatment.

There are so many cons that they overshadow all the pros.

Pluses:
- convenient location;
- meal included;
- good playground;
- some events and decorations;
- low price.

Minuses:
- they are locked kids in the restroom alone for disobedience or tears; they never call to parents in these cases).
- no any handwork, drawings or applications;
- they often turn on the TV;
- They do not deal with conflicts that arise in children. They said: "let the children figure it out themselves!!"
- Very low temperature during nap time, constant cough and stuffy nose.
- director is invisible;
- they are locked kids in the restroom alone for disobedience or long tears!!

Great facility. Very clean. The staff really makes My daughter feel like an extension of the family. The curriculum is awesome! I definitely recommend the school My daughter's learning so much and the way her speech has developed is awesome hats off to the teaching staff

My now 7 y/o went from 2-4years old. He loved it there and was always happy. Praised miss Ruby all the time. My now 2 y/o has been there for a year now. He did go through separation anxiety randomly a little while ago. I received a few call updating me and then I ended up getting him. After making sure he was OK. They helped me get him back in school with methods my Dr recommended. They work with you. They care. They are amazing. If there is a bad apple in thes daycare I've never seen them.

My baby Jarom My baby has been there since he is 2 years old and we are more than grateful and it is more than a daycare, the teachers are very beautiful, my child has never had complaints, very professional and I love it because it is a daycare that puts God first and that is very important for me and for my son's life. God bless, take care of and protect this place.
