I recently had the pleasure of visiting Advanced Rehab for my rehabilitation sessions, and I must take a moment to highlight the outstanding service provided by the receptionist, Elena. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and an infectious positive attitude that instantly put me at ease.

Elena is the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. She effortlessly handled a busy front desk while ensuring that each patient felt valued and prioritized. Her attention to detail is remarkable. she remembered my name and preferences from my very first visit, which made me feel like more than just another appointment on the schedule.

I've been seeing Erin Williams, OT, for a little over a month now for wrist issues I've had for decades. Her ability to assess the source of the problem, explain how it's affecting my body, and coming up with a treatment plan is phenomenal. She has an OT assistant student, Minnie, working alongside her and she is also fantastic. Erin takes a whole patient approach and genuinely cares for everyone she treats and their overall well-being. Erin is a true gem and I will enthusiastically recommend her to anyone I know who could use a topnotch OT and hand specialist.

After breaking my my skull and neck I completely lost mobility in my left arm. After 1 year of treatment from these wonderful professional ladies I can hold and pick up my children again.
