My son went there for three days and I decided to leave.I was very happy with them as we first met, they have a very nice, patient, experienced manager to help me sign up to the daycare. The teachers are nice and experienced as well. But they have some policy that drop off and pick up the parents have to stay outside which make me uncomfortable because we are new to this daycare and I have no idea at all what my son doing all day in there and how him feels and how his comfer with them etc. I told them that picking up my son inside the daycare just for the first week or couple of days will help me build trust with them and make me more comfortable, but they rejected me. This made me very upset and I decided to leave this daycare. Because they make me feel that they are not comfortable or not confident enough to show the parents inside the daycare. During 10:00am-11:00am, as per the schedule, the children play outside. On the second day I stay outside the playground to check my son, I see them put my son in the swing for 1 hour, which I don’t really mind it’s ok he is safe and calm, and he is just new here, maybe they are letting him get used to the new environment. On the third day I forget my son’s medicine I went there at 11:20am ,they told me 11:00am is the lunch time, 12pm is the nap time, but at 11:20am all the kids already laying down for the napping, I don’t know what time the kids could have to eat during lunch. For the three days my son was safe and clean there, maybe I’m a high standards mom, if you just don’t care about anything too much, I still recommend this daycare, or maybe they could be more concerned about my review to make their daycare better. Best wishes to every mom.

1.They left my kid in swing for 1 hour.
2.No time for lunch for my kid
Outside playground time is 10:00-11:00.They said the lunch time is at 11:00, nap time is at 12, when 11:18am I went there ,my kid is already laying down for napping.
3.They rejected our request, pick up and drop off our kid inside like they are hiding something or not confident enough to show us what's going on in the daycare.
BTW loving hands daycare is their another location.

Dear Kiki,

I am so sorry for the experience you had with our daycare center. Please know that we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children in our care, and we take your feedback very seriously.
While I respect your opinion, I hold a different view on this matter.
Our policy states clearly that parents are not allowed to enter inside the classrooms and being with their kids due to several reasons.
Our goal at HappyGoLucky Daycare is to provide a safe environment for all children and is our best interest to protect and prevent our children from getting sick.
In addition to that, children in our center need to be focused on learning and can not be distracted by our parents visiting the center .
Focus. It’s a short and simple word but it’s critically important. Focus is the link to all sorts of decision-making, problem-solving, reasoning, learning, memory, and perception needs. If they’re unable to focus well, it will negatively impact their ability to think.
Also, you were asked numerous times if you had any complaints or cconcerns about our services and you have always said NO. Instead, you stated all the staff are very professional, the center is very clean and you don't have any issues.
Being a high standards mom, I am sure that you would never let us have your child in the swing for 1 hour without bring this to our attention!.

Respectfully,
Owner

We enrolled our third son in daycare in March. He is our first child to go to daycare and thankfully our experience has been amazing. He obviously cried and would keep his backpack on all day but the teachers kept reassuring him that he was in a safe place and now he loves it. It hasn't even been 6 months and he has learned so much and has made so many new friends. We love Happy Go Lucky

My daughter was there for 2 months in the baby room and they were losing her blankets, giving out her formula to other babies forcing me to give them a new can every 2 days, under their care, she got the WORST diaper rash I’ve ever seen and they never gave her the medicine even when provided, they were putting other children in her crib and I caught them, the teachers don’t wear medical booties over their feet in the baby room after walking outside, which is mandatory by DCF!!! I asked repeatedly everyday if they were giving her baby food and they would respond with “oh would you like us to?” The worst place guys seriously if you have another option go for it because in a matter of a month all this began to occur, any and every parents that has walked by me has said don’t give them anything nice they will lose it such a tragedy
