NEVER GO HERE! DO NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE! SCAMMERS RUN THIS PLACE. Leighann, the "manager" has to be one of the most disrespectful managers/business owners I have ever encountered. I had to chase this woman down to figure out a bill and also understand why her team charged my account a random amount, at random times, not once, not twice, but 3 times. After months, not days, not weeks, months of me chasing her down, we finally got on a call where I explicitly informed her of when I'd pay the random bill that prior to being charged, was never told what the charges were until of course I chased her down to investigate. Mind you, she was my only option after the person in billing was rude and dismissive to me because I didn't understand their billing system and needed clarification on these things. Fast forward to a few weeks back, I opened my account and saw an attempt was made to charge my account 3 times! I was never informed and after the fact was asked if they could run my card. 3 times, and then they ask? Who does business like this? So, of course I get furious because how can I be talking to a wall when this is a mental health office? You would think that compassion, patience, empathy was in abundance here, not the case. Rather than apologizing for her behavior, Leighann claimed I was being manipulative because I wouldn't allow her to run my card and threatened to send me to collections. In her delusional world, she thought that was the best route to take even though she was severely mistaken and charged my account before I authorized them to. Mind you I have NEVER missed any payments, NEVER had issues with paying anything for almost the year I was there. This all came about due to having new insurance, thus the costs were different, which is what I spent months attempting to clarify. The fact that a business owner, a mental health business owner at that called someone who is attempting to heal from deep trauma, manipulative and it was their own mistake, is beyond disrespectful to me. What is even more hilarious is I paid the bill in full as I promised, before seeing her rude email. Had I seen that email prior to, I would have had to handle this very differently. I'm shocked that she even owns the place and truly feel she is more unstable than anyone that walks in the door. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. And if you decide to still risk it, DO NOT GIVE THEM A CARD. Pay per appointment b/c if not they will charge you whenever they want, without you ever knowing, as if it’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure their bills are paid. A total joke!

Leighann has made a huge impact on my daughter’s life. My daughter looks forward to her appointments and it only took a few sessions to begin to see a difference in her behavior and aggression. When I get to sit in with her, it doesn’t feel like a therapy session. It feels like we’re visiting with family. I definitely recommend her to anyone considering a counselor 😊
