My provider, Bronwyn Hershey, completely dismissed my concerns regarding my ADHD, which I got a diagnosis from an MD at another psychiatrist's office. She was even unprofessional, saying she talked to her mother about me, and even talked behind my back about me saying I had personality disorders for insisting that my memory and focus were still something I struggled to maintain. She derided me for advocating for myself when medications weren't working attacking me, even saying she was going "tough on me" because of it. Rubina Hemani was not as bad, but pretty condescending as well. The appointments costed nearly $300 with insurance, nearly $400 without insurance, for me every time I went only for someone with Nurse Practitioner experience, even though the place I'm going to see now costs $100 with no insurance for someone with an MD. She thought prescribing me proper ADHD medication despite me consistently presenting ADHD symptoms was a liability risk to her, and dismissed my concerns, basically saying my mood was fine, therefore, I shouldn't experience any issues. I struggled with a lot as a result of this. The customer support team is pretty unhelpful as they are from India and use fake Anglicized names. They basically don't know what they're talking about half of the time, and I was overall worse off coming here than I was before. Bronwyn Hershey also likely has some sort of beneficial relationship between Latuda (lurasidone) because she refused to try other options when I had concerns about the 400 calorie requirement, insisting on Latuda when I brought up concerns about it. She also had an insane quantity of samplers of Latuda, that she was nice enough to give me, but it made me question her credibility to give me the medication. The office staff was nice, but I was essentially scammed when actual MDs had a cheaper cost than all the NPs (nurse practitioners) I visited. I found MDs to cost $100-$150 at other places, nearly half the cost of how much Harmony United costed me. She also tried to end appointments super early whenever there was a brief pause instead of asking follow up questions, essentially rushing me out and yet billing me the entire 30 minutes.

She called me a bunch of disrespectful names to my father (I was a minor at the time): like neurotic for one.

I am very pleased with them, the always answer the phone in a timely manner. They have convenient hours however the therapist I spoke with was very judgment and I didn’t feel comfortable talking to her after just the first session.

I haven’t even been a patient for two weeks and the amount of times these idiots call for payment is insane. Can I speak to my god damn insurance first!? ‍♂️ This is why people ignore care…it’s less stressful being a crazy person than dealing with these greedy idiots!

What’s sad is that I enjoy going here and the office staff is full of wonderful people, but I can’t afford the increasing prices and poor billing management.

I first paid a bill of $189 dollars for my first appointment. Then the next day after my appointment I get a bill for $212 due THAT DAY. After half an hour of phone calls I was told that there is ‘no worries this bill is not due today…trust me’ and they refused to give me that in writing. Another half an hour later of calling the HR department I finally got them to cancel the invoice and send it to me on a later date.

At this point $212 for medication management is insane. Then after my third appointment with nothing changing my bill increases again to $289 dollars. $289 dollars to talk to someone for three minutes to say “yes my medication is working”.

Please avoid this place if you do not have amazing coverage or if you do not want to deal with the overseas billing department they use.

To add to this, I just checked my insurance claims page, the amount I’m actually supposed to be paying is 176.80, yet they are sending me a bill for 289.21.

This is with my insurance coverage, by the way, the original bill is 401.20.

Okay just had to argue with the billing company for 30 minutes again to cancel these invoices ($500+) and charge me the correct amount ($389) which they are pressuring me to pay immediately. I’m going to be ‘receiving a call’ in 3 hours right when I told them I’ll be home to make sure I paid the bills. The due dates on the previous bills were November 10th and November 18th. Incredibly sketchy and crooked billing department.
