I really love all the physical therapists, the front desk folks, and the trainers. The space is immaculate, and they really care about what they do.

I do have to give a cautionary warning that anytime you make any appointment changes of any kind… Make sure you get a print out to ensure that you have all the accurate information. I am currently driving away from what I thought was a booked appointment for the second week in a row. It turns out that these appointments were canceled, but I did not have record of it.

Save yourself the frustration and the drive and just ask for a print out for any appointment adjustments and all will be well.

I have found Hayashida & Associates to be very profesional and organized. Receiving appointment reminders is so helpful and offers for therapy instructions available printed or on line. The facility is very clean and spacious. And of course I need to mention my therapist, Dr. Alexandra Mohamadi who has been very proffesional, understanding and concise with instructions that have been customized and adapted to my specific needs. The experience has been extremely helpful and best of all, I am improving. I would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.

The downtown facility is very clean and safe feeling with serious covid protocols being enforced. The open space of the studio is very comfortable.
Chris has been an amazing help in my rehab and very communicative.
