The nurses were so very attentive to prepping me for my procedure with Dr. Topi. There were like 6-7 converging on me. I couldn’t believe the attention I was getting. While I was waiting to go back, another guy came in and I could the tell the convergence was now on him. Very impressed with level of service. Nurses all had great attitudes!

The Florida Citrus Hospital has been newly renovated and is absolutely spotlessly clean! The day surgery staff was always professional and informative as to what I could expect before, during and after the biopsy procedure. My rating of 5 stars is well deserved 👏

I had a very good experience the other night in ER. The check in was super easy and we were taken back right away. The nursing staff and Dr were very professional. They were genuine in the compassion and care given. They listened to what we were saying and asked questions. They didn't try to run any unnecessary tests and addressed all our concerns. I wish I remembered the doctors name as she was the best doctor I've seen in years. I want to also mention nurse Mel B and her coworker, they showed a lot of compassion and i felt they genuinely cared. I will definitely go back.

We live 25 miles away in Wildwood. Did a test drive the day before because of early appointment. The drive is easy but finding the Admin front door (using GPS) for the hospital was a challenge because that entrance looks like going into the boiler room. But once inside, it was a different and enjoyable experience.
People were nice and welcoming. Had battery of tests and hand-offs from one test to the other. We did need to keep on top of things to make sure everything was lined up.
Technicians seemed proficient and made sure we understood everything happening.
Waiting on still another step in the process before all the tests are in for the decision makers. Worth the trip to get this level of confidence.

My first time at HCA Citrus Memorial. The staff was really friendly. I had an emergency room visit. I needed some help but unfortunately all they did was right another RX. Promised me an appointment with a urologist. It never happened. I called today and they said they would call me right back. I never heard from anyone.
They just Dropped the Ball on me.

ER deserves 5 stars. Hospital — lacking in organization, proper patient care, time management. Over 24 hours to get “order” for everyday necessary meds. Was admitted for MRI - but no MRI order? Waited over 24 hours for discharge order that had already been signed. Very disappointed with whole experience. Just very thankful my husband wasn’t critically ill

I was quickly taken to a room, wasn’t breathing well d/t anaphylaxis. Did not take long and I was back to normal. Thank you to all that took care of me! Everyone was great! I wish I could remember names! Angelina and Natalia are the ones I remember. I appreciate the care I received!

I went to the ER for chest pains. George, Brittany and the rest of staff were very attentive to me. After a while I was sent up to the cardiac care unit. I was taken care of extremely well! The nurses, Donna, Maddie, Michelle, Dawn and so many more; you are all amazing, caring, supportive, and so much more. I don't ever want to see you all again. I mean that with all my love and admiration to you all! If I have to go back to the hospital, I at least know where I am going!!!!
