Because of my review, they now terminated my client. Retaliation is very unprofessional. The manager, Monica, claims ghat every time I went into the office I yelled and caused a scene. I beg them to pull video of every time I went in the office. I have never raised my voice or treated anyone badly. The staff there is super rude and very incompetent. They take 2 weeks to fill out one page forms? I have several clients at dozens of doctor's offices and it, on average takes 2 days Max. My client did file a grievance with their insurance. I hope that may help this office get on board and behave in a professional manner.

The sad part about this review is that it is not in regards to the doctors. The doctors are amazing. This review is [art of the front of house. I went to deliver paperwork for a client of mine last week, this week I went back Monday morning and the paperwork still wasn't ready... ok, no problem, I had more paperwork to drop off either way. No one greets me when i'm there, they're playing ghetto rap music in the background. So I ask the lady at the front desk if I can have the package they needed for me to give to my client, she says she will ask the nurse and for me to have a seat, I do. She goes on to help 3 other people all the while I'm waiting. I finally get up to tell them I've been waiting 20 minutes for something that should be ready. She then says "oh, let me ask her." So I've been sitting there waiting this whole time while she helps others, instead of just helping me quickly. Very rude. Fast forward to 4 days later, I go pick up paperwork for the client, again, they all see me,no one greets. Finally they come to the window and I ask for last weeks paperwork and this weeks. They call a lady who comes out, rudely she says they are behind and don't have the forms filled out. Keep in mind these are one page forms. I ask how it takes 2 weeks to fill out forms and she says they're really behind. I ask to speak to someone in charge and she gives me her name and says she is right there to my right. I explain I will take this higher because this is all not OK but especially the attitude and unprofessional office. I hear and see a lady and gentleman talking his whole time to the right of me. When the rude lady returns she says the office manager who was there a second ago is in a meeting and wants my phone number, I say it's ok and I'm going above them. My client will bring this to the doctor's attention because they need to know how unprofessional the front of house is. My client is elderly, sick and homeless. This paperwork is going to help her get housed. So sad that doctor's offices have staff that does not care and are incompetent.

I’m pleased with Doctors and the rest of the staff. And I’m definitely happy with their urgency on filling my medications. I’ve been going to this clinic for at least 7 years now. No complaints here.

I’m new to the desert as of June 27th 2022 due to getting married earlier that month. I I found a Dr a week ago. I felt bullied by her. She didn’t want to prescribe or fill medication I’ve been taking, She prescribed me another iinsulin for my diabetes. She lied and said it was the same medication Although my insurance and Pharmacist said it was a different brand not the same thing I was taking. She bullied me by insisting that I try this be medicine not want to work with me at all. That was on the 27th. Of October. After I was going back-and-forth with Insurance to confirm the medication that I wanted to take. I decided to find another doctor I prayed before hand and found Sarah at healing hands. Her and the whole staff were very sympathetic and willing to work with me keeping or prescribing the same medication that I’ve been taken and I just love them. I was getting so worried about finding a good doctor and I found one. They do a lot of procedure’s in house. Which is so convenient.

I had to go through a lot of mediocre, dismissive doctors to find Dr. Tovar and his amazing nurse practicioner. He usually spends 30 to 45 min per visit going over everything and explaining every result and the process of insurance authorizations etc.. he expedited my referalls for specialists and other testing. His office staff are extremely kind and efficient. Same day appts are almost always available and phone calls are always returned promptly.

I’ve found staff to be very attentive and helpful. I’ve called twice with things that had not been done, and these were taken care of the same day. Sarah, the PA is very nice and listens to our concerns.

They are doing covid testing but not wearing any PPE only a regular mask that doesn’t really fit them they are just exposing themselves to others I hope who ever is in charge thinks a little bit and orders these girls some PPE because they put their health at risk
