My son LOVES going to see Tamara. She is incredibly knowledgeable as well as patient, understanding, and kind. Tamara has taught us so much about the way he thinks and how to best reach and help him. She sees the best in every child and is able to give him (and us) valuable tools that are effective in helping him regulate, process, and navigate situations and relationships. He looks forward to every single appointment and has been much happier since we started seeing Tamara. We are so grateful!

Tamara was truly an amazing find for myself and my son. We came to her during the most difficult time in our lives and with so many unknowns. She helped my son learn different coping skills and also helped me with different parenting tactics that have worked so well! She was patient and kind while building trust with my son. I would highly recommend Tamara to anyone who needs a little extra help with their kiddo on the spectrum.

Our family started seeing Tamara in May of 2024 after receiving our son’s level 1 autism diagnosis. His psychologist recommended cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as part of his treatment and this is why we began looking for a therapist. We are very grateful for Tamara’s expertise and knowledge. Our son has learned new strategies to improve his emotional regulation and has become better at identifying his feelings and advocating for himself since starting therapy. I recommend that parents with children on the spectrum look into her services - not just for your child but also for you and your family. She has given our family great tools!
