Top notch professionals!

I’ve worked with Sheila for several months now and I already feel like myself again. Sheila is a naturally compassionate person. Plus, she’s approachable, highly skilled/experienced, and she sets the tone as an excellent leader for her team of counselors.

Sheila and other team members offer EMDR, which I found was a very helpful and effective modality for me. There are not many facilities in this area that offer EMDR from *experienced* and trustworthy practitioners. I was very lucky to find Sheila and her team. They also offer virtual appointments for those who prefer or need it. They are quick to respond to emails/texts as well.

I cannot recommend them enough! If you’ve been struggling, I feel confident Healing Pathways can help. I suggest giving them a call 🙂

Dealing with anxiety and depression is very difficult and debilitating. With the right therapist, and self will, as hard as it may seem for you to believe this while reading it… YOU CAN FEEL LIKE YOURSELF AGAIN!! Many times this isn’t something you can just DIY or just discuss with loved ones. Trust me, I’m a pretty strong minded individual but this is definitely something you should handle along side a professional. The most difficult part of the process is scheduling that initial appointment. Also watch out for BS therapist with fake google reviews, these kind of therapist will do you more harm than good. Final word of advice exercise, eat clean, sleep well, this will help you out tremendously 🤙. You got this, whats a few sessions in comparison to feeling joy, comfort and happiness again!

Healing Pathways and Sheila changed my life in the best way. Before finding the strength to seek for help I did research to look for a place I was able to trust my heart and mind to and I feel happy to have gone with this practice. I battled months of depression, grief, sadness, and discontent. As a business owner I went through the worse work life balance that lead me to explore a major career change. With therapy, I was able to express myself in ways I was never able to do before. I was able to set goals with my therapist and realize there were so many things I wanted to accomplish and work towards. Ultimately I felt myself again . I hadn’t felt myself in so many months.
