I am happy as a patient at healing touch! The staff including greeter, front desk, medical assistant and massage therapist are very helpful and welcoming. The best chiropractor is Dr. William Rojas he cares about his patients and makes sure you receive proper patient care and effective adjustment treatments. I highly recommend him!

Do not come here if you need legitimate therapy or counseling. You’re better off using any online service or finding someone else.

I have been seeing therapist for over ten years and my experience with Viviana Manresa was by far the worst of them, it’s almost comical. She is unprofessional, doesn’t listen or respect your privacy, and wasn’t even on time.

She barely spoke any English and did not comprehend what I was saying.

She was an hour late to the first appointment and I had to reschedule for a week later. She insisted on calling me through FaceTime after I told her repeatedly I do not have access to my WhatsApp. It did not seem like she understood how to operate a phone, bc at the start of the phone call she kept asking if I could see her, and asked why she couldn’t see me -on a normal verbal phone call. She was constantly chatting with someone else in the background, she didn’t say who when I asked her about it but I felt so uncomfortable hearing her relay what I was saying to someone else in the background.

When she finally figured out what was going on, she asked me “what is your problem” and when I told her about my ongoing anxiety and depression and the meds I take, she starts suggesting all kinds of things like adjusting my meds or getting off them bc she thought they weren’t working. I kept explaining to her that I DID NOT want to change my meds at all and she wouldn’t listen to me and kept insisting I needed something different or to adjust my dose. It was so frustrating to not be listened to, and all the complications and lack of professionalism I did not feel comfortable at all delving further into anything.

I cannot believe anyone in a medical profession could be so unprofessional and careless in their job.

Today I called the clinic. Mr. Carlos Aloma attended to me. He gave me very good attention. I felt very well. He resolved my situation very quickly. I am very grateful to him.

These people just want to rip you off. Every consult gets more and more expensive and then they blame it on the insurance company but the billed services to the insurance keep increasing each time and when you ask them why they either don’t get back to you or they invent a different excuse every time. Don’t come here.
Update: they’re saying they’re charging me twice as much for a consult because they changed my dose, no one told me any of this and it’s nowhere in their policies.

I would not change this clinic for anything Dr. Hernandez & Dr. Sanchez there nurses there secretary & Mariela at the front door and all the staff have patience and understanding I give them a 10/10
