Healios Laser Therapy is where our active family has gone when in pain or injured to help with healing much faster. It has helped with plantar fasciitis, back pain, torn meniscus, torn labrum, shoulder tendinitis, groin pulls…..

It can take a few sessions, which can be booked for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. We usually feel significant pain relief the next day and back to sports and other activities immediately.

They have multiple locations. We have been to Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, and even Superior, Colorado where I went when traveling for a tournament.

Every staff member has been friendly and helpful. And whenever I have messaged or called, I have gotten timely responses.

My daughter who is a volleyball player struggled all year with patellar tendonitis that eventually sidelined her from playing. She came to see Dacia and was noticeably better after one treatment, and able to go back to her regular strength training workouts without pain, the first time in months. There were some other factors that played into that improvement like figuring out and fixing structurally what the issue was, but I fully believe the laser treatment helped get rid of the inflammation causing pain. She has used other Class IV lasers and the results have not been the same as this one.

The laser therapy at Healios has been a miracle treatment for me! I have seen Dacia for laser therapy once a week for the last 4 weeks for 45 minutes each session because I have a number of different issues. The most miraculous of all - after a lifetime of GI issues, including GI-involved systemic sclerosis, 4 laser treatments over the last month have helped me more than any other treatment, therapy, medication, or supplement ever. My motility had gottten progressively worse over the past 45 years, and these laser treatments have me now having BMs every day, often several times a day!! It’s incredible. Plus, the laser treatments have also significantly improved the bloating and intestinal pain. I am so thankful. Also, the laser treatments have been helping the Raynaud’s/circulation issues in my hands and feet, and have improved the pain in my neck (from a lingering injury last summer). Dacia Rinker Is amazing. Her knowledge of the body and how all the different parts work together was huge for my recovery. She explained how the laser worked and what I could expect. As an older athlete, she treated my injury based on my level of competition, not my age. She educated me in addition to treating me, so that I could train most efficiently. I felt a difference every time I walked out of a session. I would recommend Healios Laser for anyone with anything that is slowing them down from living life to the fullest.
