Amy is the absolute best! First time in a LONG time that I am receiving proper care for my mental health. The staff in this building are wonderful!✨ From checking in, to getting registered, to being seen you will only come across kind hearted people devoted to helping you! Highly recommend going here!

I really love and like Healthy connections on McAuley. And really like my therapist too. I really like the way that I been helped in my mental health issues. I really like my Therapist he is really good in helping me deal with my anxiety and depression issues. But still need a more help .

I love my therapist the only thing I don't like is yalls answering service. There's been a few times when they either didn't get the message or it was late getting there. The other thing is loosing the Dr's who writes the prescription

I love coming here. The staff are always welcoming and happy to see me. My therapist is phenomenal and very understanding and always knows how to calm me if I get overly upset or anxious. My psych NP is also extraordinary! She listens and makes adjustments based on my comments and recommendations. She actually helped me to get on a shot for one of my meds so there’s less pills I have to remember taking. The entire staff are great and work with you if you have to cancel or reschedule, they are all welcoming, and they all make it feel like home away from home. I love this place and the care they provide.

I went to counseling that day feeling overwhelmed and pretty emotional, missing my Mom at the Holidays. Tammie gave me good advice and is very caring and compassionate. Everyone at Healthy Connections is so kind and caring!

I am an avid reviewer on Google, Yelp, and several other platforms. I post my good experiences and my bad ones so that it’s not just a biased stand point. But I really have to share when providers completely fail their patients. This is a doozy too. Scheduled appointments rarely go off without a hitch anymore and when they do, prescriptions never get called in when they are due, we have had to wait days to get them filled. Now keep in mind, we call them in a week before they are due but that never matters. Instead we are told that providers aren’t in on Fridays and they are closed on Saturdays. There’s never a nurse that can assist at all! I realize they are busy and they have many other patients but to fail at the simple stuff is infuriating.. once or twice or maybe even a third time wouldn’t be so bad, human right? But 4-10 times… people only see these providers because they can’t afford private practice and yep.. it is stereotypical that we are also treated as such.. poor.. so why would they get on the ball to ensure patients get seen and treated then have the ability to pick up medications. You see all the warnings on the medication labels just like I do.. Stopping this medication abruptly can cause serious issue” laments terms here of course, for us rather simple folk.. but the doctors are fully aware that their patient has called and also spoken to the pharmacy way ahead of schedule to mitigate these issues.. but… the episodes continue. I pray that no one else has these types of problems but I am almost natter of fact my certain that you do.. speak up.. let them know.. we’re not just a number we are people and people deserve basic human respect and decency! I have been going here over 2 years and it was fine up until the past few months. I would go in for a scheduled appointment and they would say my appointment is a different time or even a different day. I would show them the email confirmations saying I’m right. This comes from you guys. Sometimes I’m waiting way longer then normal and I wonder if the girl at the front desk even checked me in because I’ll walk in, go to the counter, and she said she already check me in… I don’t know if it’s because the front desk person changed consistently or what but it took a major downfall… I’m looking for new therapist and psychiatrist and don’t recommend this business.

I’m frustrated with not being able to get ahold of ANYONE in the dental office in hot springs. I had an appointment in February to get a molar removed and expressed that I needed to get full X-rays as I have a lot of other work I need done that is time sensitive. I was able to get in very quickly for the extraction, but for the X-rays they scheduled me out 6 months. Which I understand you have a lot of people to accommodate and you seemingly have a schedule for more urgent matters and a schedule for less urgent matters. I have since had two other molars crack and are abscessing. I am in extreme pain daily and for the last three weeks have been trying to get ahold of someone to see if I can get in sooner for just these molars or even just get an RX for antibiotics to help with the infection. I was able to get ahold of one person in the mena office because hot springs wasn’t picking up and I was forwarded. She said to let them know I needed to be seen about something specific and transferred me back to hot springs and again no one answered so I left a voicemail. I never received a call back. Anytime I leave a voicemail they never call back. It’s pointless. I have called several times over the last three weeks and not once has anyone picked up the phone. I have never had this issue before at any other sliding scale low income clinic. I understand you are very busy and flooded with patients and I am so grateful that you exist, but I am so frustrated and upset that I am in so much pain and can’t get anyone on the phone. I am afraid of the problem getting worse and I am afraid of having to wait another six months to be seen after my appointment in July. I just don’t know what to do. The staff was very friendly and warm when I was there so I don’t understand what’s happening or why I can’t get a callback or anything even just to get some antibiotics. I would really appreciate some direction or guidance or recommendations for other options for patients with work that is time sensitive. I am trying to gain control over my dental situation and this is causing all of the issues to get worse. I just don’t know what to do.
