Undoubtedly professional, you can tell she loves what she does. I clicked better with her than any other mental health counselor, which was important in helping me let my walls down for open and honest communication in an environment where I felt safe. It was even nice to have her point out negative behaviors I hadn't noticed in myself and help me work through them. Sophia has been working with me for several years now. I had tried a few therapists prior and she is by far the best I’ve come across!

She has helped me process and come to terms with certain aspects of my trauma and has been very attentive and almost in tune with me during our sessions. I feel that she really puts her heart into what she does. The level of commitment she has shown with me has really been life changing for me.

I had gone through a medical trauma and suffered from psychogenic nonepileptic seizures and have been seeing Sophia since September 2021. I also struggle with anxiety and depression.

My experience has always been super comfortable and easy. She offers an EMDR service that has been a very effective treatment as well. I've always been one to bottle everything up , but with Sophia, I always feel understood and heard that I often end up expressing more than anticipated. I always look forward to our sessions!
