Our son has shown beautiful improvement in just the 10 months of therapy he's had (OT/SP). All staff are kind, compassionate, realistic standards as well as life happens. A positive and encouraging environment for the kids to not only be themselves, but to help guide them in their own individual way to understanding themselves and the world around them. So grateful for the help and the immense improvement of communication to be fully heard and understood. Thank you for being amazing helpers/therapists/leaders to these kids 💙

Heart 4 kids has made such a positive impact on my son. My son was diagnosed with Autism and receives speech and OT and I can tell how much they care about my son. *Edited to addin response - I have already attempted to address this matter with you directly. By charging my card on file for $865.54 over the amount on my explanation of benefits, you stole money. No one there has shown any cooperation in resolving. I am sharing my experience as your billing manager was the first to say it wasn’t worth her time. Just wish she would’ve admitted that sooner. Maybe this will save someone else the headache.

Beware. They say they accept your insurance and then don’t honor the explanation of benefits and refuse to work with you or the insurance company to resolve. Outright stole money by charging my credit card on file for money above and beyond my explanation of benefits.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Heart 4 Kids is like a puppy mill for kids with speech issues. All they care about is getting your money! The lobby is always overwhelmed with parents and kids. The rooms have no windows or art on the wall. It’s like a prison.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! My grandbaby has been going here for nearly a year. He gets so excited when it’s time to go in (and if we get there too early, he gets antsy for his SLP to come get him out of the lobby and will try to let himself in the back lol). The staff here are so caring and supportive and has been a great experience for both my grandson and myself!

I don’t normally write reviews but this has been the greatest experience that I have ever come across. When I found this therapy business, I said to myself “this is great,” it’s right by my house. I signed my son up for speech therapy with Ms Maggie and she has been great. My son loves her so much and looks forward to coming and seeing her. He has made so much progress since we started. Brittney is awesome too. She is the face of the business and handles herself and everything very well. She keeps you in the loop with everything such as getting singed up to contacting the insurance company and getting approvals to scheduling. Likewise, all the other teachers here, they’re all great and very professional. Don’t look anywhere else !! You won’t be sorry !!
