If I could give more than 5 stars, Heart to Heart Counseling would be deserving of a sky full of them!! This counseling group has some outstanding clinicians and provides a calm, safe, peaceful environment for people of all ages! Heart to Heart assists individuals and/or families with their personal journey and provides support during life’s toughest challenges, while also celebrating the beauty God has to offer to all of us, during the best and worst of times!

Earlier this year my dad began dealing with some psychosis due to trauma/PTSD that he’s experienced through his years of being a firefighter and paramedic. Several people I know mentioned that EMDR could help him process and heal from this. And I was specifically given Greg Cintron’s name. I called him several months ago and he was so kind to me. He was very understanding to what was going on with my dad because of his similar background. He explained that he prays every day that the Lord would lead the right people to him to help! I was so impressed with his desire to be Holy Spirit led in his practice. Unfortunately the circumstances of the year limited my dad from getting to see Greg until last week. Although I haven’t seen him for myself personally, I did sit in on a few of my dad’s talk sessions. He was very understanding, while using humor and being light hearted! He was able to read my dad well and give him encouraging and practical tips on how to move past his trauma and to understand who God has called him to be. My dad also did a few EMDR sessions as well and he said that he believed that his time with Greg helped more than other therapies he’s been to! We are praising God so much that he led us to Heart to Heart and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be making an appointment for myself!

In life, we all have moments where we need someone to help us through the tough spots, but when you're the parent and your child is struggling, it is even more difficult.
My daughter started showing some signs of severe anxiety, and we knew we needed to find someone to help guide her and I through this season.
After many prayers, we found Claudine. She has been a true lifesaver! She has helped my girl, who struggles with anxiety and OCD, so much. My daughter looks forward to each session with Claudine and comes out with a new tool to help her face her challenges. We're not past this battle yet, but I know we're getting closer each day with each new tool.
Claudine has been a true God- send for our family and pivotal in helping us fight our battles.
She has given me tools, as mom, to help her and guide her each day and through different seasons, and she gives
my daughter tools to prepare her for more independence with confidence!
