My name is Maria Del Rocio Ponce. I started studying ESOL Day ( English class) - LaBelle in Mrs. Gullet Class in 2021. I started from scratch and I am in the 5th level. I still have a long way to go but right now I am focusing on finishing the GED Program. Mrs. Gullet is a teacher who supports you and makes you believe in your capabilities in the learning process. I also completed the Ramsey Financial Program. Likewise, thanks to Mr. Lutkenhaus, the former Workforce Development Director, who motivated us with gift cards, which are very helpful, and the vouchers for the exams , which are for people who are punctual with attendance, perform well in the GED program and who have a lot of family burdens and expenses and do not have the resources to pay for the exams. Additionally, it is worthy mentioning that all the programs that Mrs. Gullet teaches participated for the first time in history in the Swamp Cabbage Festival last February 2024, obtaining the “First Prize” representing the Workforce Development Department. I want to motivate other adults who want to finish high school or learn English that we can achieve our dreams. We all have the ability to learn in different ways, some slower and others faster, but in the end we achieve our goals if we have the motivation of our teacher.

I had a very positive experience attending Mrs. Gullet class. She was on top of all students in the class motivating each one of us . She went beyond just a high school diploma she made sure to to point me in the direction of pursuing my career goals after receiving my diploma. She is very involved in the community and asked the students to get involved in the swamp cabbage festival .I enjoyed being part of her class room . I would recommend Mrs. Gullets class if you need motivational pressure to achieving your GED goals!

I start my GED last year,I past three of the four subject areas thank you to Mrs. Gullet for the motivation,take her time to encourage and help one by one,we have a really professional teacher.Thank you to Mr. Lutkenhaus,the former Workforce Development Director, that gave us gift card each time we passed an official GED exam.We also had the opportunity to get vouchers for our exams,the adult school is helping the community to change the future.Likewuse, I would like to mention that we won the First Prize in the Swamp Cabbage Festival this year. That was the first time that Workforce Development participated and all of Mrs. Gullet 's students participated.

Hi, my name is Yeymi Santamaría. I was a student at the LaBelle Adult School since 2021. I started studying the ESOL class, at the same time I started GED classes, the Ramsey finance Program and the Digital Literacy Program. Thanks to the support of Mrs. Gullet - LaBelle and the Former Director Mr. Lutkenhaus, I was able to graduate and obtain all the diplomas for the courses studied and satisfactorily completed by December 2022. After my graduation, the director Mr. Lutkenhaus and Mrs. Gullet offered me a scholarship to study the Nursing Assistant Curse (CNA), which I accepted and successfully completed in May 2023. After that, Mrs. Gullet motivated me to enroll in college to continue a career since she trusted that I was capable. So, I decided to accept the challenge and enrolled, starting my first classes at Florida Southwestern State College here in the city of LaBelle in August 2023. I am very happy and grateful for all the support and assistance I have received during these years from the director Mr. Lutkenhaus and Mrs. Gullet. Thanks to God and to them, I have been studying at the college for a year now with the goal of finishing my bachelor's degree and pursuing a nursing career in the future. I am grateful to all of you who make up this Adult School team who give us hope and a better future.

My name is Marisela Rodriguez. I started studying with Professor Silva Gullet in 2021. I studied several programs and studied ESOL with Mrs. Gullet. I finished Ramsey's personal finance course, and I took the entrepreneurship and small business course, I also finished my GED course. I did all these programs with the help of Mrs. Gillette. I thank her very much for her help, support and dedication to her students, especially to the Hendry County Workforce program and its coordinator Joel Conner for providing us with programs that help us grow as professionals. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals and informing me about the valuable free programs offered by the school, including Foundations in Personal Finance Ramsey and American Citizenship with Miss Endy. I am currently enrolled in the ESOL classes taught by Miss Gullet, as well as the ParaPro Professional program. I highly recommend this school to anyone seeking personal growth and support from a distinguished institution. My name is Angelica Gonzalez, I was a student at Hendry County School Workforce Development in Labelle, In January 2023 ! started with my English class with the teacher Silvia Güllet and she motivated me to continue with my education, and I was to continued with my GED class In February and in June of the same year l successfully passed my GED, And I want to say she is a fantastic teacher and a good person, because she is always motivating her students, and in that way she motivated me again In August of the same year to continued and started with my CNA career, and In November I got my CNA License, And this achievement was possible thanks to Mr. Lutkenhaus for the scholarship and The teacher Silvia Gullet; Since December 26,
2023 | have started to work as a CNA

Mrs. Gullet is a great teacher that motivate her students to accomplish their goals and more.
