I have had multiple experiences with Kali at Her Healing Arts over the years and have each time come away with a lasting impression. Her warmth and attentiveness to me as an individual has always allowed me to sink quickly, deeply into a parasympathetic healing state. Her flow as a Thai massage therapist stays consistently on the perfect edge where energetic and physical tension release may occur (and this experience is not particularly normal for me as a receiver of bodywork--I can be quite particular). I have also had profound somatic releases and relief through her acupuncture sessions as well as received helpful counseling with herbs for myself and my family. Her physical space is lovely with warm colors and beautiful art made by her own hand, plants, and pleasant aromas. I can't give a higher recommendation than to seek services of any kind with Kali. She is a true healer!

Kali has magical hands. I recommend every women in the GNV area to Kali for any one of her treatments. I’ve been receiving treatments from her all through my pregnancy and post partem. Her presence is certainly her 1 number magic tool which makes it feel like time disappears, but it is also paired with VERY skilled application from a number of schools and traditions. I personally get either integrative treatments or abhyangas.

I've had a few different types of massages here. The knowledge that has created this place comes from old ways of doing things to heal the mind and body before science and pharma took it over. I love the atmosphere of this place and Kali has so much to offer you,to help heal and understand your body.i can't say I like one massage better than the other .each is perfect for it's purpose..make an appointment and see. felling better is a choice..

I recently had my first acupuncture session with Kali at Her Healing Arts, and it was a transformative experience. Although I've had acupuncture before, this session was uniquely different.

From the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio and met Kali, I was enveloped by her powerful, warm, and loving energy, which made me feel immediately welcomed and comfortable. During the intake, Kali's attentive approach and genuine effort to understand both my body and mind assured me that I was in excellent hands. She told me my only job today was to relax and heal, which sounded amazing.

The session itself was magical, bringing about deep relaxation and a significant release of tension. I didn't want it to end. Afterward, I felt a profound sense of peace, reduced neck pain, and even regained some sensation in my shin !!!!, which had been numb since surgery. The entire experience left me euphoric, and I am looking forward to returning to Kali for more sessions and exploring her other services.

I wholeheartedly recommend Kali's work to anyone seeking healing and rejuvenation.

Kali is an amazing practitioner. My experience with her husband has been nothing short of healing and empowering.

She is very compassionate and listens to what you are feeling and concerned about. I absolutely loved being a part of the prenatal art movement in tea group. I didn't realize how much I needed that space and to be around other women who are growing a human as well.

Kali was very present and supportive of my birth plans. I was so grateful to have found this woman so that I could honor my placenta and use it as medicine and art. She showed me how to create a beautiful medicinal tincture and I wouldn't have been able to make this possible without her care and comfort postpartum. The care she gives her clients in multiple modalities is truly amazing. I was able to receive a Thai massage from her and it was an incredible experience.

If you are thinking about going to Kali for any of her services, do it. I cannot recommend her more.

I attended several rounds of her prenatal yoga classes during my pregnancy, which I adored! She puts so much thought and intention into every class. The classes helped me to feel embodied, connected with my baby, at ease in my ever-expanding body, as well as so supported and empowered as I neared birth. The relationships cultivated with other mamas during those classes were priceless, and ones I still hold dear today!
I was fortunate enough to experience the gift of her Abyangha Oil massage in my postpartum, which felt amazingly restorative for this tired new-mama.
