Check in was a breeze. Crystal, my tech was ready to meet me. Very little wait time. She reviewed my history, asked if I had concerns, which I did not. She explained everything she was doing and how I would get my results. The best part is they used warm gel! That really made a huge difference. In and out in about 20 min. Definitely plan to use them again.

The ease of scheduling, their text reminders, location and set up, the ease of registration and how nice and helpful the tech was, all was just top notch! I'm thankful for this service that's available to us who want to stay on top of breast health independently and in "additional" ways, especially when dealing with dense breasts! 🩷

Easy to make an appointment for the mobile scan, and the ultrasound tech (Karen) made me feel comfortable.

There was some quick paperwork I had to fill in by scanning a QR code and filling in my personal information on my phone. (It would have been more convenient if HerScan corporate provided the paperwork in advance!!!)

She was very thorough with the scanning all around each breast and under arm tissue. The actual scanning process only took @ 10-15 minutes.

Going in you have to realize that this is NOT diagnostic, but a "screening" which may require further explanation/procedures. Fortunately, my annual mammogram is next month.

I was told clearly that results take 7-10 working days, but since their main office is in areas hit by hurricane weather, it may take a bit longer, and I will get a notification via email with information I can download and save.

I would not hesitate to recommend this screening to people (both men and women) who have a family history of breast cancer and have the time/money to take advantage of the screening coming to your town.

Highly recommend! Thank God, HerScan caught my breast cancer at stage zero!
A year and a half ago, I decided to try HerScan. They discovered a very small mass that ended up being stage zero DCIS. I didn’t even know there was a stage zero. After following up with a breast surgeon, it was confirmed. The radiologist said the mass didn’t even show up on a mammogram! I had a lumpectomy and required no chemo or radiation treatment.
Thankfully, my follow-up testing with my surgeon has been good. I had another sonogram last week with HerScan. Jackie was very thorough, kind and compassionate. My results were clear and have given me more peace of mind.
If you are considering trying HerScan, do it! There’s really no reason not to. No radiation or contrast to worry about. Just wanted to share my experience in hopes of helping someone else.
