Absolutely loved our night here and wish we had stayed longer! The innkeeper was such a lovely host and super informative. Our room (the Honeymoon Sweet) was all that we hoped it would be. They were considerate and had a gluten free waffle option for the complimentary breakfast. We can't wait to come back! Only sad part was I didn't see the cats that were said to be around but I guess that's all the more reason to come back!

Ive been coming every year for my birthday for the past 3 years and I absolutely love it. Ive never felt so relaxed and at peace. My favorite room is the nerds room it has the most amazing cozy view and feel. The free breakfast is amazing and the coffee is actually good lol. The location and amenities are so fun I love that I can roam around and play games and explore rather than just feeling like I have to stay in the cabin to get my moneys worth. The staff is super friendly and great and I look forward to seeing the kitties every time. It looks especially beautiful in the winter like its own magical winter wonderland. Can’t wait to go back <3

Rooms are kinda shabby, but that is not the point... It's the theme that is important. Such a fun place and the staff was waaaaaayyyy awesome. I mean they were great!!! Best service I've received in ages.

I don't even know how to explain this place. It's like some kind of a magical, spiritual, mountain oasis. I have never felt so relaxed and peaceful as I did here. I stayed in the Haunted Mansion 1 night and Room 420 the other 3 nights that I was here. I'm currently on my last night and I definitely don't want to leave but real life is calling. I'll definitely be back and I might even let the family tag along next time, or I might just keep this place for myself. Anyways, absolutely awesome staff and the cats will make your stay just a little bit better.

We’ve came here on every romantic celebration since our honeymoon a year ago, which means 4 times in the last year! It’s the perfect home away from home. Times have been really hard financially, so we appreciate the decent prices and the delicious free breakfast. I take comfort knowing we can retreat to Hicksville whenever we get overwhelmed with life. They’re always so welcoming, and each room is unique and has so much character! We love ya Hicksville Pines!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making our stay in the Nerds room an unforgettable experience. The room offered amazing arcade games, video games, and a vast selection of books and board games. With a fridge, microwave, and shower in the restroom, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The breathtaking view of the mountains from our window was a highlight.

The hotel treated us to complimentary breakfast, and the 420 red room with its jukebox, games, TV, and DIY bar added a unique touch. The ping pong table, jacuzzi, and friendly cats made our stay even more delightful. I'm thrilled to have experienced Hicksville Pines and can't wait to return!

10/19!! Amazing stay!! Lovely, lovely staff and the rooms and amenities were just as great. Stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was just as perfect and romantic as it looks online. Will definitely be back!

Always a 5 star experience. This was our 6th trip here. We found this property by accident last year and it hooked us from the first. The DETAILS in all the themed rooms, the art and whimsy, games galore… we’ve been steadily progressing through the collection of rooms, determined to stay in all 10. Each trip is rejuvenating and we make friends with cool people; this trip we even worked on painting and writing because it’s our favorite place to unwind and create. The staff are wonderful, chill, and cool. If you want a memorable stay, look no further. There is so much to explore & appreciate here, including the resident cats. We love you Hicksville!!
