I had a feeling this would happen, so here I am reloading said comment, back from October 4th 2023.

If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the worst psychological centers I have possibly ever been to. Jennifer Tapia being the worst therapist to see there. When I had gone there the first time got there 2 hours early before she had to leave and turned our paperwork in as well, just to have 10 walk ins go in before me and when it hit 2:00 pm she comes out talking about how she has to go home and can’t see us. Ridiculous. NOW TODAY on my checkup day, ( I have an appointment for 12 by the way), she comes out after a whole 50 minutes later to not call me, but call another appointment she had scheduled at the same time who CHECKED IN 15 MINUTES AFTER ME. I am beyond pissed off and disappointed by this business, people seeking actual help DONT COME HERE!!!! They DO NOT care about your well being or anything above, they only care about their paycheck and clocking out. Take care everyone and I hope you find a kind doctor. DO NOT!!! COME HERE!!!! AWFUL SERVICES AND AWFUL PEOPLE!

Therapist was great! Only reason I gave 2 stars. The office staff are horrible however. Had one laugh at me while I attempted to explain why I needed my medication that got sent back to their office for authorization. Told me it would be a while but couldn't give me an actual time frame for some reason

Won't ever come here ever again. I had 1 lazy psycho therapist, that would make smoothies as I spoke about trauma. I then went to another psycho therapist, cassandra Allen, she made me cry. Therapists are not here to devalue me or my experiences or me, as a person. Allen spoke very highly of herself and her family but spoke very poorly of others including past patients and me. While trying to open up, she kept telling me time was almost up. Almost anything I said was instantly a "no." I've always thought therapists were empathetic but she made me change my mind. She was angry at me for filling out the questionnaire with low ratings with questions such as "did you feel respected in last session?" and she said "by the way, I don't have a boss to yell at me. I read these myself. "
I do not recommend this place to anyone. The reviews seem fake, and the very few negative ones are the ones that make most sense. I will be honest, making appointments was easy and the office ladies were always nice.
Other than that, I fully am sorry for the therapists that put greed over the need of the people. As for the people, there are other places where the therapists are nothing like these here, like the county.

Truly welcoming, amazing, caring and understanding. Maria amazing, quick first visit for family member, no insurance, loving care, America and of course, Michael Solano. What an amazing team, don't change anything. Anyone looking for help, this is the place to go.

Best doctor ever! I've been a patient here for over 4 years. Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Everyone does a great job. Dr. Sudeta Gloria is very patient, precise and does really great work. She's helped in emergency situations too. I would highly recommend this place. I moved out of the area but I still come back to High Desert Psychological Center because great service is hard to find. Excellent Dr Sudeta

My mom referred me to this office and I believe it is the best office in the area for psychiatric care. They do have a waiting list most of the time but that’s because they are great and many people are trying to get an appointment in! I waited patiently for mine and for a spot to open and it finally came. The receptionist Katlyn M. is always so sweet when I go in there and she always handles my scheduling and issues. Definitely recommend this office.

This review is for the location on Park Avenue. I was fortunate to follow the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner Michael S. at this location for one of my clinical rotations of my psychiatric nurse practitioner program. Michael S. is passionate about his role and utilizes his expertise and knowledge to provide care for his patients. As a preceptor, Michael S. enjoys teaching students, preparing them for their future roles as nurse practitioners, and sharing his personal experiences. The staff at the office always made me feel welcome. The office offers patients privacy and a safe place for them to address their mental health concerns.

I believe reviews are fake or bought. This place is a waste of time, if you reach out for services, like I did, they will call you right back. HOWEVER, they are NOT TAKING NEW APPOINTMENTS OR PATIENTS. I was told I could be on a waitlist, so basically, they said, if they get a cancelation, you could MAYBE be someone they call back, but only after they call whos' on the list before you, which is extensive. So I called back again to advise them that there voicemail they left me was misleading. This place SHOULD say, we can put you on a waitlist, that is extensive at this time, THEN ADD, we are not taking any new patients, we have no open appointments. I was nice, but they are going to get someone, not nice. What a waste of time for people who need help with something. Do not let the 5 stars fool you. Read the 1 stars and you will find out why, you should look elsewhere. Good luck.
