Stephanie has been instrumental in helping me build confidence and get my life back on track. She listens, has practical advice I can put into practice, and leaves me feeling encouraged after each session. I appreciate her flexibility with appointment times and accommodating increases/decreases in session frequency as my needs have changed.
It’s been tough to find someone who I trust to stay a step ahead and to be more than just a listening ear - she shares tools and offers perspective without condescension, understands when I need support and encouragement, and also knows when to call me out and hold me accountable to myself.
I feel like Stephanie genuinely cares and is invested in my healing and growth, and I’m so grateful to have found her.

I highly highly recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking therapy. Stephanie is amazing, she’s so easy to talk to and really takes the time to listen to what you’re saying and then provides the right tools and techniques to help you through what you’re going through. She has really helped me see different perspectives of different issues I have had and has overall helped me in general through even just my everyday issues. Again I would highly recommend!!

Yesterday was my first visit to High Expectations Counseling, and it definitely wont be the last. They have a beautiful office located near downtown Orlando, and a safe space for you to unwind. They are team experienced professionals who just expanded by bringing Brooke Quinn to their team. Brooke has hands of gold and a healing touch. She is a licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki certified. She really helped with my neck and back pain with a deep tissue massage. If you're in the Orlando area I highly recommend High expectations counseling to heal your mind, body, and soul.

I have only been in a few sessions and my therapist Ray is very patient, understanding, and listens to me. She is very professional and flexible to my needs and often makes last min changes to accommodate me as new events happen that I'm in therapy for. I've had previous experiences with other mental health professionals and my therapist lives up to the company name. If it wasn't for tge support I e found here I don't know how well I could handle my current struggles.

Sally High has helped my son by leaps and bounds in such a short time! She has helped him learn constructive ways to deal with his anxiety before it gets the best of him. Sally is amazing! When I started with Sally I was at one of, if not the lowest point I have ever been in my life. Sally gave me a new way of viewing things not only externally, but internally as well. Little by little I began having a greater sense of self-awareness. I have tried therapy before elsewhere and felt like it wasn’t for me. Was never an advocate for therapy until I started with Sally.
