Hispanic Counseling Services provides an excellent service. At the reception area, they always greet you with a smile and offer you a delicious coffee and snacks.
The therapist is very kind and gives you different methods that are well received by my teen daughter. We also like that they involve the parents in the process. I recommend their services for all ages.

They are unprofessional and disorganized as an agency. We had both counseling and case management services.
We liked our counselor at first, but he would frequently cancel the session on us at the last minute. (1 hr before session) with some sort of personal emergency.

Also, we were suddenly dropped from their case load due to an insurance dispute with no contingency plan or referral to other agencies, then suddenly we were back on.
Met with a case manager once then got told he is moving on to another position in the company and can no longer work with us! The new case manager called us once, but also didn’t follow through
The counselor was a very kind person, but was letting his personal life struggles affect his work.
When I did reach out to the leadership team about these issues, they made me feel like they don’t really care and ultimately nothing improved. I tried to be very understanding and offered to drive to either the Altamonte or Orlando office, as well as offer different days of the week, but I got tired of chasing after them and explaining all this chaos to my child every other week.

Excellent ! I been part of this company for several years my experience with them it’s been very helpful for me and my family . Staff very friendly n welcoming always making sure u ok well attended , my kids love going there especially the love the summer camp my therapist victor Ruiz n elidío they are professional and they know wat they doing and important it’s they do care about the clients and you don’t see that common in therapists I recommend 💯 love it !!!!☝️🤩😃
