I'm beyond happy I found Damaris! As soon as you walk in, you feel peace in the environment, like a little heaven on earth. Damaris is amazing! Since I asked for information through email, she went above and beyond in answering all my questions. I really loved her class and how open she was to share all her knowledge and experiences. I will be taking more e more classes there in the near future.
As a super bonus I have had the pleasure of receiving massage therapy 2 times now with Rafael and they have been the best I have ever had!

My experience at the Holistic Counseling Group was somewhat mixed. While I found the majority of the staff to be incredibly caring and accommodating, my interactions with the owner, Damaris, unfortunately detracted from my overall experience.
I was consistently impressed by the therapists and other staff members. They were universally kind, attentive, and created a welcoming and supportive environment. I felt heard and valued during my sessions with my therapists. Their dedication to their clients is evident, and I truly appreciate their efforts.
However, my interactions with Damaris, the owner, were less positive. I found her communication style to be condescending at times. On several occasions, I felt that my concerns were not fully heard, and that her mind was made without considering all perspectives. It seemed there was a strong emphasis on positive feedback for her, which made open and honest communication feel challenging.

Mary wasn’t helpful at all. She just sit there and listens but she doesn’t solve the issue. She doesn’t guide, help, and educate you in anyway. I felt like I was paying to be listened to. I just need to be educated and guided in order to solve an issue. I told her once but she kept quiet and didn’t say anything other than what feelings are you experiencing and what emotions you have.
