I have had a shoulder injury for over six years due to nerve damage. In that time I have seen multiple doctors and physical therapist who have all told me to stop moving and exercising. Then a year and a half ago I met Dr. Wallace and everything changed. Jocelyn encouraged me to move and after working with her I can lift 120 pounds overhead! This is something I never thought would be possible. I went from weak and sedentary to a strong individual who loves to move again and has so much fun learning what my body can do. I highly recommend going to Jocelyn!

Jocelyn is amazing! I've learned so much more about the human body from her than I have in all my years of rock climbing and other athletic passions. I've recovered from sports injuries and thought I knew a lot, especially the entire shoulder and back muscles but she knows so much more which is very impressive and great to learn more about the body to heal and prevent.
I started therapy with her for a neck injury from a fall that affected my nerves and I experienced physical symptoms I had never felt and severe pain. I never had a neck injury before or any injury that affected my nerves. So I started talking to various doctors before I was referred to her and she taught me things they didn't even mention. She's great and also so kind. I always feel better after working with her 🙂 Besides her knowledge, her kind caring personality is very comforting.
I highly recommend her because she really cares about healing and helping.
I'm so grateful for her help and to have been referred to her, so I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation and to help others find her and work with her 🙂 She is great!

I had a session with Dr. Wallace about an achy shoulder. As a rock climber, we hate not being 100% healthy since it gets in the way of our climbing, but Jocelyn was able to not only diagnose my problem, but also build me a program on how to address the injury. She was extremely professional as she walked me through every step of the assessment. I highly recommend you come see her if you are serious about your athletic abilities and have a tweak, injury, or anything else that keeps you from performing to the max.

My daughter and I have both gone to Dr Wallace. I have been dealing with a frozen shoulder and my daughter, who is a tennis player, has a torn labrum. I can not say enough positive things about Jocelyn. She takes her job very seriously and cares so much about you. She listens to you and takes the time to know you. She is very good at what she does!
