I worked with Dr. Holman for 4 years, and she helped me make changes in my life that I could not have done without her competent and kind guidance. She's not your typical psychotherapist who either a) doesn't say anything; b) blames everything on your parents; c) is only focused on clearing up old issues or d) expects you to be a patient forever. Dr. Holman assists you in understanding your issues, deepest feelings, and then works with you to get stronger, address the things you need to address, and then move forward. I most adamantly recommend her!

I have been going to Dr. Holman for almost a year and she is great! I was completely controlled by depression and anxiety to the point where I could not function. Dr. Holman was able to teach me techniques so I could deal with the things in life holding me back. I never thought I would be able to get where I am today! She has helped me deal with things from the loss of my mother to dealing with trauma from my past. She is friendly, understanding, and really knows how to help. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
